Polish hunting licence per hunter 35,00 Polish hunting licence in RDLP Wroclaw 75,00 Terms and Conditions Jaworski Biuro Polowań is not responsible for any mistakes made by the hunting organizer, as well as any misfortune accidents, losses, delays and other. Jaworski Biuro Polowań does not give any guarantees for quality and weight of the trophies that is being shot. Jaworski Biuro Polowań will try to make all its best, so the hunter will receive hunting which he has ordered. If the hunter leaves the hunting area early or arrives late, no refund will be made. The hunter is responsible to arrange all necessary trophy export und import permits and other trophy related documents, if any are needed. Jaworski Biuro Polowań, will be happy to assist in it. Conditions of payment All the costs are payable to Jaworski Biuro Polowań. For booking confirmation an advance payment of 250,00 per hunter has to be made. The rest prepayment has to be made latest 30 days prior the start of the hunt. After the hunt the final settlement is made. Refunds will be transferred by us immediately. Extra payments have be transferred by the hunter within 8 days. Delayed payment of the advance payment amount is considered as cancellation by the customer, with the result that no refund of the deposit takes place. Penalty charges If the hunter shoots an animal, that is in the closed season or without the consent of the hunting guide, the price listed in the list of trophy fee is increased by 100%. In addition the hunter can be given a state penalty charge or in extreme cases even imprisonment. If the animal that was shot is a trophy game, the hunter is not allowed to take the trophy with him. Conditions of cancellation When the hunter cancels the hunt 14 days prior to the start of the hunt, the hunter has to pay following costs: per hunter: Individual hunts, per hunter: 2 hunting days with full accommodation, eventually individual room extra charge, hunting licence. Driven hunt organization, per hunter: 2 days of full accommodation, eventually individual room extra charge, 2 days of driven hunt organization, hunting licence. Non-hunter, per person: 2 days of full accommodation, eventually individual room extra charge. No cancelation costs are charged, when the hunter finds some other hunter to replace himself. Trip cancelation insurance can be booked. Polish hunting insurance If a hunter does not have a valid hunting insurance for Poland, it is necessary to insure the client by the organizers of the hunt. The Polish hunting insurance is liable only for damage to domestic property or persons. Firearms According to the new Polish hunting law, it is not possible for foreign hunters to borrow a gun from the hunting area.
