Beck & Co based not only on what he knew was available from German factories but also on the needs of his customers. Ernie stayed involved with E. A. Beck & Co. until the very end of his life as he trained us, his daughters, who now continue to take enormous pride in the products that we both import and also manufacture ourselves. Our Polish imported instruments carry a five year guarantee against any defects in material and workmanship. Items from our economy line have no guarantees. REPAIR SERVICE We have a full service repair facility. We will repair, sharpen, re-serrate and adjust - most instruments from manufacturers other than Beck. We are not able to re-insert pliers from other manufacturers. All repairs are subject to a minimal charge. RETURNED MERCHANDISE Any items returned must be in new and resalable condition. Returned merchandise may be accepted for credit only. No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days without previous consent. Items returned for credit after 30 days may be subject to a restocking charge. All items returned for repair or credit must be accompanied by a note stating reason for return. E.A.
