GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT PRESENTATION AT MEETING POINT FOR ARRIVAL TRANSFERS Upon arrival at airports, clients have to collect their luggage and, after an eventual passport control, get out from custom area. Our driver will wait for 1 hour after landing time of the flight, holding a sign with clients name written on that. Your customers are kindly required to contact us to inform if they have problems (lost luggage or anything else) which prevent them from being out of the airport within 1 hour from their arrival. Equally, they should contact us in charge for the service in case they don't meet the driver in the arrivals hall. For arrivals at train stations, clients have to await at the head of the platform where the train arrives. Our driver will wait for 30 minutes after arrival time of the train, always holding a sign with client's name. In any case, for any transfer service, also from cruise ports, if clients have problems in finding our driver, they can contact our office (during office hours), or our emergency numbers for help and assistance in this matter. PICK-UP AT HOTELS FOR DEPARTURE TRANSFERS Our pick-up time from hotels in city centre to Airports is usually 3 / 3,5 hours prior flight departure time, while for transfers to Railway stations it is usually 1 hour prior train departure. Sometimes pick-up times can be advanced or postponed in case of special events taking place on that day, or just due to hard traffic conditions. In any case, we will always give the pick-up time when confirming the service reservation. If clients have specific needs for a pick-up time, we have to be informed at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for transfers on Sundays and Mondays), or even when you book the service, as we cannot manage changes of pick-up times on same days of transfers. MPORTANT: Due to traffic conditions, pick-up timetable may have a flexibility of maximum 15 minutes. We kindly ask clients to await patiently in the hotel lobby. Kindly note that NO reimbursement will be granted to any client who is not at the place of pick-up at the established time. SPECIAL AIRPORTS / RAILWAY STATION TRANSFER SERVICES For Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan transfer rates, kindly note that our prices include transfer service only to/from main Airport and Rail Station in each city, as follows: ROME - Main Airports : Roma Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci / Roma Ciampino Main Railway Station: Roma Termini FLORENCE - Main Airport: Firenze Peretola Main Railway Station: Firenze Santa Maria Novella (FIRENZE S.M.N.) VENICE - Main Airport: Venezia Marco Polo Main Railway Station: Venezia Santa Lucia (VENEZIA SL) MILAN - Main Airports: Milano Malpensa / Milano Linate Main Railway Station: Milano Centrale ** Transfer rates to different airports and railway stations than those listed above may change. Please always contact our office before confirm it to your customers ** TRANSFER RATES INCLUSIONS Transfer services include 1 hour waiting after the real landing time of the flight and 30 minute waiting after the real arrival time of the train and after arranged pick up time for clients disembarking from any cruise ship. After that term, if clients have not contacted neither us nor the supplier informing about their delay due to any problem, driver will go away and clients will have to use local public taxes to reach their destination. If our drivers are required to wait longer than 1 included hour, a supplement for each extra hour (or part of an hour), will be charged by suppliers to us, and we'll be forced to do the same with you. All transfer services are quoted on the basis of 1 luggage for each passenger. For clients with more than 1 luggage each, we must be informed for checking if the car size quoted is enough, or if we have to provide a larger vehicle and charge a higher transfer fare accordingly to the car size needed. If clients travel with more than one luggage each without prior notice, they may be charged directly for extra car fee. LIABILITY Gartour and Transfer companies are not responsible for any loss of personal valuables, luggage or objects during transfers, or for any loss of personal items which are left on car / minivan / minibus, or for any damage caused by third parties to personal items during the tour. CANCELLATION POLICY For all Transfers in Italy following cancellation policy will be applied: - No penalties for cancellation sent within 24 hours prior scheduled arrival time (48 hours for transfers on Sundays and Mondays). After that term, 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Same 100% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows. COMPLAINTS Any complaint must be communicated in writing to Gartour within and no later than 10 working days after the date of the transfer. After this term, we will not be obliged to check complaints sent with delay and no eventual reimbursement will be approved and agreed to anyone.
