4. Europe Bonus Pool Starting from the level of Executive Director you can qualify monthly for the Europe Bonus Pool. 1 2 Qualification: Active 0.6 PV ASP and 4 E1 New PV. You also have to reach the required sales of the respective Pool Level each month. ASP exemption: Starting with direct partners with an active ASP each per month, you are exempted from your ASP. E1 exemption: Starting with 10 direct partners with an active ASP each per month, you are exempted from E1 obligation. Monthly payment: to 0% on all qualified partners of the respective Pool Level from Europe (Europe Pool) and to 0% on all qualified partners of the respective Pool Level in the given country (Country Pool). Note: Independently from the turnover, in the Europe Bonus Pool the bonus for the position Executive Director (= Director Bonus) is a fixed sum of 600 Euro and will be offset with the WellStar Car Programme, provided that you make use of it. Team Bonuses in the level plan and level attainment Overview 1 Team bonuses from the level plan are paid out monthly on existing turnover (turnover of all partners after the Faststart). 2 Any partner qualifies either with in the personal ASP or 2.0 PGV. 3 4 6 Qualification: JM = ASP + 2 E1 New PV. DIR to RCA = ASP + 4 E1 New PV. Exemption from qualification: Starting from direct partners with each an active ASP per month, you receive your own ASP free of charge. Starting from 10 direct partners with each an active ASP per month, you don t need to have E1 volume yourself (the E1 New PV is the PGV of your personally sponsored partners in their Faststart). Starting from 100 sponsored direct VPs with 2 PGV each within calendar years, you receive the 20% bonus on the level. With sponsored direct new partners with PGV each in the month you qualify for the 20% bonus on level (instead of %) in each case. Starting from the Regional Vice President level you reach the levels by reaching the appropriate level sales over three consecutive months and do so with the required number of lines with at least 100 PV. 6. Founder Pool Your exclusive and highly lucrative WellStar revenue sharing. After starting, every WellStar partner has a fixed period of time in which to qualify for his or her own Founder Level. From start 1 year to CA From start 2 years for DCA to RCA At the end of the year, or once the maximum number of founder positions available has been reached, you are no longer eligible to qualify for the Founder Pool. Yearly requalification is required to remain entitled to the Founder Pool bonus. Definitions and Terms Key information at a glance. Club Owner (CO) A Beauty Style Club (BSC) can be operated only by a WellStar partner or jointly by multiple partners. A purchase of the Club Starter Package incl. additional demo products, Club Software, Club License and Club Coaching is required. The General Beauty Style Club Rules (Club Rules) apply for opening and operating BSCs as well as regularly attending the Club Coaching Seminars. PV Commission value Each product has been assigned a PV, which determines the commission amount. Generally, EUR 100 in sales corresponds to approx. 1 PV. For each PV, EUR 90 is channelled into the incentive plan. This means that each partner earns a percentage share corresponding to his or her level in the commission plan of EUR 90 per each PV of his or her team sales. PPV & PGV PPV = personal PV = your personal orders. PGV = personal group volumes. The PGV encompasses both your PPV and the orders of your personal end customers (EK PV). RP - Retail Profit The retail profit, or RP, is the profit you obtain when you distribute a product directly to an end customer. If your customer uses an order form to place an order or orders online directly from WellStar via your webshop, you will receive the retail profit with the monthly account. Personal reimbursement = increased retail profit (RP) In addition to the regular retail profit of approx. 30% 40%, after your Faststart you can qualify monthly for an additional personal reimbursement of 10% - 40% via your personal customers sales (= PGV). Personal reimbursements generally do not apply to special promotion items and they do not flow into the PGV. Active status Every partner needs to retain his or her active status in order to continue receiving commissions and reach a level. This means: You have at least in the ASP each month or you have 2.0 PGV resulting from customers and own orders. Please note (applies for new partners and existing partners at the same time): To receive Faststart commissions on your team, only the active status applies with your personal ASP. The alternative qualification with 2 PGV for Faststart commissions is invalid in this context. You receive your own ASP free of charge starting with direct partners who each have an active ASP per month. E1 New PV The E1 New PV is the volume of your direct new partner with his or her final customer (= his or her PGV = your level 1 = E1) in that person s Faststart phase. The E1 New PV is important for qualifying in the Level Plan and for payments on the different levels. Starting from the Junior Manager level, you need 2 E1 New PV for level payments and from the Executive Director level to the Royal Crown Ambassador level, 4 E1 New PV. The E1 is a prerequisite for qualifying in the Europe Bonus Pool. Note: You are exempted from the E1 obligation starting with 10 direct partners who each have an active 0.6 PV ASP per month. FS PV Team The whole volume (initial orders + orders of customers) of all partners of your downline who are in the Faststart yet (= in the first 4 weeks), is your FS PV Team. 17 WellStar Bonusplan
OrgaPV OrgaPV is the total volume of your organization. Your OrgaPV consist of the volume of your personal orders (PGV) and the volume of your personal end customers (EK PV). Example: Taken together, your partners have purchased products for 0 PV and you have 2 PV: in that case your OrgaPV = 2 PV. BV Business Volume In addition to a PV value, every product is assigned a BV value which is relevant for attaining positions in the commission plan! The BV value can be raised for incentive purposes. Just as for bonus qualifications such as PGV, E1 New PV or lines of 100 (pool qualification) increased BV values aren t counted as well for the qualification for the Company Car Programme or the qualification for the Founder Pool. Exclusively real PV counts for this. Level attainment You reach new positions by obtaining the relevant sales. If the qualifying sales are made up totally or partially by team sales, then the 0% rule applies. This means that no more than 0% of the requisite sales can come from your strongest line, i.e. at least 0% have to come from your other lines plus your own PGV. Up to the Executive Director position, you have to reach the requisite sales within 1 month in order to attain a position in the Club Director position in two consecutive months in succession and starting at the position Regional Vice President in 3 consecutive months. At the end of the Faststart, levels always weekly apply in the ongoing month or, after Faststart, monthly in the following month. Dynamic level compression As a WellStar partner, you will receive commissions according to your level and qualification a certain number of active levels below you. Inactive levels (= below 0.6 PV) are ascribed to the next level up (level compression. Sales partner lines A sales partner sponsored by you and his or her team represents one sales partner line. One speaks of an active line when at least 1 sales partner in the team has 0.6 PV. Car programme You have to qualify for the WellStar Car Programme once. From the RVP level, you have to reach the qualification volume over 3 consecutive months. In the subsequent month, you drive the car from the Car Programme that corresponds to your qualification. The cost absorption only takes place for months in which you qualify or re-qualify for the Car Programme. The car bonus is paid out only after qualification is complete and evidence of car acquisition and of installation of the BYAS Car Promotion Deco-Set on the car has been provided. If, e.g. a leasing agreement exists it must be submitted. Please note: Proven cost per month may not be higher than the specified car bonus. If the monthly cost may be lower than the car bonus, there will be no payment of the difference. The vehicle must be one of the vehicle classes listed in the WellStar Car Programme. The vehicle s colour white is required. The vehicle must be in mint condition. The Car Programme may vary from country to country. Provided that you make use of the Car Programme, your bonus for the position Executive Director in the Europe Bonus Pool, which is a fixed sum of 600 Euro independently from the turnover, will be offset with the Car Programme. Accordingly, partners with a car get their Europe Pool Bonus paid minus 600 Euros, partners without a car get their Europe Pool Bonus fully paid. WellStar Bonusplan 18
