Florida Senate State Bill 672 Established Student eligibility requirements for enrollment in the FL Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program (FPCTP) FL Center for Students with Unique Abilities (UCF) FL Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program Scholarship for certain qualified students ($7,000 beginning 2016-17) Annual Start-up and Enhancement Grants: $300,000/IHE (2016-2017 fiscal appropriations of $3 million). Funding can be renewed annually for 3-5 academic years.
