YOUR PROFILE & WEB SITES How to Set Up Your Profile and Personalize Your Web Sites LEARNING Set up your Team Beachbody profile Personalize your Beachbody Coach Web sites Personalize your Shakeology Web sites ROLE Congratulations on becoming a Team Beachbody Coach! One of the great benefits of being a Coach is being able to personalize your business Web sites. So instead of sending people to Beachbody.com or even TeamBeachbody.com to buy products or learn more, you send them to your Web site to shop and learn. That s an important thing to keep in mind. Currently, you re given two Web sites when you sign up as a Coach: a Beachbody Coach Web site and a Shakeology Web site. We sometimes call these sites your stores. Both of these are important vehicles to help you market your business, sell products, and sign up new Coaches. You re almost ready to start personalizing your Web sites. But first, it s important to complete your Team Beachbody community profile, as it will provide much of the information that goes into your sites. By completing your profile, you ll be on the path of documenting your personal story as it relates to your Team Beachbody business. That story is absolutely essential, trust us on that, and our data shows that members who complete their profile get better results. The more you know about yourself and your goals, the easier it will be to schedule your workouts, stick to your program when previously you might have quit, and build your business in a really substantial way. Once you ve completed your profile you can move on to personalizing your Web sites and be open to make sales! LESSONS EDIT YOUR PROFILE To get started, simply go to TeamBeachbody.com and log in. Next, select Edit Profile under My Dashboard. This page will give you all the profile details available to edit, along with status of completion icons so you can keep track of your progress. A few of the profile features are only available to Club members. If you aren t a Club member yet, you can upgrade your membership at any time by clicking on the Join/Upgrade button under the About menu. As you learn more about the features of TeamBeachbody.com and the additional benefits and resources available to Club members, you ll definitely want to join to get access to the extra tools that will help you achieve your goals and grow your business.

Regardless of whether or not you re a Club member, you can easily see all the information in your profile. Just click Edit Profile. The Basic Information, Fitness Programs, Buddies, Progress and Goals, Photos, Groups, and Privacy options are available to edit for all members, Free and Club. However, only Club members will be able to view the Blog and My Meal Plan sections. Note that as you re setting up your profile you can use the Start Up Wizard, which is located at the top of the page to assist you at any time. If you click on this tool you ll be taken to the section of your profile you need to complete and a pop-up window will appear that will assist you in this process. Whether you utilize the Start Up Wizard or not, your first step will be to complete your Basic Information. BASIC INFORMATION Your Basic Information consists of your screen name, date of birth, gender, time zone, and a short biography for other Team Beachbody members to see. When choosing a screen name, think about choosing something that s unique to you and will be memorable to other members. You might think about coming up with a name that s similar or identical to other screen names you have on Facebook and Twitter, so you begin to have consistency. This will make it easier for prospects to find you at Team Beachbody. Otherwise, it s best to use your first and last name (like JohnASmith), so people can easily find you. Keep in mind you can t use words like Beachbody, Million Dollar Body, or other Beachbody product names or trademarks in your screen name. To review the policy on using Beachbody trademarks, please refer to Exhibit A of the Team Beachbody Coach Policies and Procedures. When writing your biography, think about adding information that lets people know a little about you, especially as it relates to struggles with health and fitness, your new goals, and why you chose Team Beachbody. FITNESS PROGRAMS Next, you ll want to consider your fitness plan. Here you can keep track of your Beachbody fitness programs, meal plans, activities, gear, and supplements. Fitness Programs: The fitness programs you choose from the list on this page will be added to your program library, and will be available to select when you plan your workouts in WOWY SuperGym. If you already know which program you plan on using the most, select it as your primary program. If you haven t decided on a fitness program yet, simply go to Fitness Programs under the Get Fit tab and use the Comparison Chart to find one that s right for you. Then you can purchase it with your exclusive Coach discount. From the WOWY Super Gym home page you can also choose a workout program to be added as your one-click workout in the Quick-Workout Settings section. One-click workouts are great because they make scheduling workout sessions in WOWY SuperGym quick and easy.

On this page you can also choose additional activities to add to your fitness library, like running, biking, or yoga. Don t forget to select your Beachbody gear and supplements to complete your fitness goals. All of these elements your meal plan, workout programs, physical activities, gear, and supplements will be key in helping you reach your goals. Buddies: In fact, studies have found that having workout partners makes you exercise harder and longer, and also makes you less likely to skip workouts or quit. Supportive partners are there to encourage you and hold you accountable, which is why it s important to become buddies with other Team Beachbody members. You ll be able to schedule workouts with your buddies, and inspire each other to keep after it and have fun. Finding and adding buddies is easy. You can find them by searching for their user name (which is why your user name is so important) or using keywords, or through the Member Gallery. Searching for buddies who match your location, goals, and interests is a great place to start. Once you ve found someone you want to add as a buddy, click Add as a Buddy on their profile page and that person will automatically be sent a Buddy Invitation through the Message Center. Progress and Goals: Next it s important to complete the Progress and Goals section of your profile to achieve optimal fitness results. By entering your fitness goals, body measurements, and fitness statistics, you ll have detailed information you can use to see how far you ve come. You ll want to choose an overall goal, workout start date, measurement units (either imperial, which is pounds and inches, or metric, which is kilograms and centimeters), and write a brief transformation story. If you re just starting your fitness program, you can write your thoughts about beginning your fitness journey and what you hope to accomplish. If you ve already started your program, you can write about what you ve accomplished so far, what s motivated you the most, and how you plan on continuing your progress to reach your goals. Next, add your starting body measurements and your projected body measurements. Know that you can always come back and edit your projected body measurements as you progress in your fitness program. Finally, enter your starting and projected fitness statistics. If you need help determining your current fitness level, you can take the WOWY SuperGym Fitness Test by selecting How to Take the Fitness Test from this page. Or, if you want to take the more extensive P90X Fit Test, simply select Fitness Tools from the Get Fit menu, go to Workout Sheets, and download the test. Once you ve saved your information, you ll see spaces in the chart to add your new measurements and fitness statistics as you progress toward your goal. Try to update the information on a regular basis, perhaps every two weeks, to stay inspired. Your Goal Tracker at the top of the page will also help you keep track of your progress. You can also choose the measurement you want your Goal Tracker to follow. For example, if you choose weight, the tracker will show your progress toward reaching your goal weight.

Photos: Now that you ve entered your progress and goals, you can add photos. First, add a profile photo, which Team Beachbody members will see in your profile and which will appear in WOWY SuperGym when you re working out. This can be a head shot or a full-body shot. In order to qualify for certain rewards and benefits, it s critical that you complete this step! Next, choose a before photo a full-body shot that shows your physical condition at the start of the program. You ll want to add new, current progress photos every 30 days or so to give you a visual impression of how well you re progressing. You can also add up to 20 additional photos to your gallery. Click on any photo to edit the title or to delete it. To upload your profile, progress, or gallery photos click on Browse to locate a photo on your computer and upload it to the site. Photos must be in JPEG format and no larger than 750K in size in order to upload correctly. Swimsuits or workout clothes are allowed, but nudity is not. Any photos considered inappropriate will be subject to removal. It s important to read the Terms of Use on this page for information on photo rights. Make sure to check the box to certify you have the right to distribute the photos and they do not violate the Terms of Use. Groups: After you ve uploaded your photos it s time to edit the Groups section of your profile. Workout Groups are made up of members of a team, those who share similar goals and interests, people who follow the same workout program or meal plan, or even those who just want to support each other. To look for a Group you might want to join, you can browse through the Workout Groups section of WOWY SuperGym, or search by keyword. When you find a group you like, just click on Join this Group. You can also create Groups of your own, based on your specific goals and interests. Simply fill out the form and submit your group request, and an administrator will respond in 1-2 business days. Privacy: Finally, you ll want to set up your privacy settings before you move on to personalizing your Web sites. This section is very important, as it allows you to determine whether your buddies, or the entire Team Beachbody community, can see your profile information. Simply check your choice for each segment of your profile and save the information. Note that none of your private Team Beachbody account information is ever visible to members of the community. When you ve finished selecting your privacy settings, you re ready to personalize your business Web sites. If you re a Club member you can go back and set up the additional sections of your profile once your Web sites are complete, which we will cover at the end of this training. Before After

EDIT YOUR BEACHBODY COACH WEB SITE Now you can personalize your Beachbody Coach and Shakeology Web sites. Let s start by editing your Beachbody Coach Web site. From the TeamBeachbody.com site, click on the Coach menu and select Coach Online Office. Remember that you ll need to be logged in. From here, select Edit Beachbody Coach from the My Websites menu and choose English. Your Team Beachbody Coach English Web site will then be displayed in Edit Mode. Notice that your Web site address will display in the top right portion of the page. It s important to write down this address so you can easily direct your family, friends, and prospects to your site and add your Web address to your business cards. Everything that you will have access to edit will have a red Edit button. First, you ll want to edit your name. Click on the Edit button below the Name field. A window will appear that allows you to type in your name and choose your font style. When you re happy with your edits, click Save to save your changes. Next, you ll have the option to add your phone number. Simply click on the Edit button below the Phone Number field. A window will appear allowing you to enter your phone number. And again, make sure to save your changes. You can also change the image that appears below your phone number. The image is automatically set with a default Team Beachbody image. To change this image, click on the red Choose button. From here you can choose a preloaded corporate image or upload your own. To upload your own, simply select Browse to find the image you want. Then, upload the image and choose it in the Selection field. Image size cannot be larger than 1MB. After you ve selected your image, you can edit your personal greeting. Click on the red Edit button below the Personal Greeting section. Then when the window appears, add your message and save it. You also have the option to change the ad banners on your page. You can choose two different ad banners to be displayed. Click on one of the red Choose buttons to view all of the ad banners available. You can choose from product banners, Coach opportunity banners, or Team Beachbody banners. Once you find an ad banner you want to display on your Web site, select Click to choose to update it. You can only select one ad banner at a time, so make sure to click on the other red Choose button to choose your second banner. Once these are displayed on your site, a visitor can click on the banner and learn more about the products, the community, and the Business Opportunity. They can even buy products, join the community, or become a Coach from these buttons. Finally, make sure to add links to your social network pages, which will be displayed at the bottom of your Beachbody Coach page. To do this, just click on the Add social networks option under Page

Setup at the top of the Beachbody Coach page while it s in Edit Mode. You ll now be redirected to your Beachbody Coach Profile page. Here you can enter in your social network URLs. Make sure to click on the orange Submit button to save your changes. Now you can preview your changes by clicking Preview Website at the top of the page. You ll see your completed Web site, which includes a link to your Team Beachbody profile so visitors to your site can learn more about you. From the main Edit page, you ll also see a drop-down menu for language preference. If you click on Spanish, the Spanish version of your Beachbody Coach Web site will display. From here, you can make edits to the Spanish version of your Beachbody Coach page by following the same steps you completed for the English page. And when a new Coach signs up from one of your Beachbody Coach Web sites, the site they use to sign up will determine their language preference. For instance, if a new Coach signs up from your Spanish Beachbody Coach Web site, their default language will be set to Spanish. EDIT YOUR SHAKEOLOGY WEB SITE With your Beachbody Coach Web site complete, you can now personalize your Shakeology site. First, select Edit Shakeology from the My Websites menu and choose English. Your Shakeology English Web site will then display in Edit Mode. As with your Beachbody Coach Web site, you ll find the Web address for your Shakeology site displayed in the top right portion of the page. Again, it s important to write down this address so you can easily direct your family, friends, and prospects to your site and add your Web address to your business cards. Everything you ll have access to edit will have a red Edit button. A window will appear allowing you to enter your number. And once again, make sure to save your changes. You can also edit the image that displays on the top right portion of your page. This image will first display with the Team Beachbody image as the default. To change this image, click on the red Choose button. From here you can choose a preloaded corporate image or upload your own. If you want to upload your own, select Browse to find the image you re looking for. Then upload the image and choose it in the Selection field. Image size cannot be larger than 1MB.

The last item you can edit is the Lead Collector information. This can be found under the Page Setup menu. Simply select Lead Collector and choose the fields you want your visitors to complete when they visit your sites, and make sure to save your changes. You can then preview your Web site and select Contact Me to see the items you chose to collect from your visitors. The Lead Collector information is shared by both the Beachbody Coach and Shakeology sites. To edit the Spanish version of your Shakeology Web site, click Spanish from the drop-down language preference menu. From here, you have the opportunity to make edits to the Spanish version of your Shakeology page by following the same steps you did for the English page. As with your Beachbody Coach page, when new Coaches sign up from one of your Shakeology Web sites, the site they use to sign up will determine their language preference. Finally, by selecting Site Manager from the My Websites menu, you can activate or disable your English and Spanish Web sites. Note that all four of the sites will automatically be made active unless you choose to disable them. The Site Manager will also show you how many visitors or hits you ve received. You ve successfully set up your profile and Beachbody Coach and Shakeology Web sites, and are now ready to check out the amazing features and tools of TeamBeachbody.com, including how to use WOWY SuperGym. If you re a Club member, we invite you to review the rest of this training first to learn how to finish setting up your profile before you move on to the next lesson in The Basics course. After you ve set up your meal plan, you can complete your profile by clicking on the Blog section. Use your blog to write about your progress toward reaching your fitness goals, how you feel after workouts, and following your meal plan. You can make your blog visible to the entire Team Beachbody community, just your buddies, or keep it private for your own personal motivation. Whichever way you choose, it s a great tool to track your fitness progress, so make sure to blog every day! Your profile is now complete! We re thrilled to have you as a part of the Team Beachbody Club. Good luck on your fitness journey and building your business.
