Together these modules provide clients with the ability to electronically consolidate, manage, and report all telecom expenses across their organization. TMI Telebase is available as either a TMI Managed service or a Client Managed service. is a database that provides client s with a comprehensive view of all assets (voice, data, wireless) used in their telecommunications network. All assets are classified and linked to an owner, a department, and location for tracking and reporting purposes. In addition each asset is assigned an installation and termination date so that clients can be certain they are only being billed for assets that are actually in service. The process for moving, adding, or changing asset information is quick, easy, and intuitive. The powerful and flexible reporting tool allows users to quickly organize key information for reporting purposes. is available as a Windows desktop application and via the Web. is a database that contains all of a client s telecommunications contracts including the contract name, supplier information, and the start and end dates of all contracts. The software separates each contract into its rate and rent components in order to track all billing aspects.
