The automated workflow eliminates the need for a paperbased and labour intensive approval process and therefore frees up time. Optimise accounts payable process Purchase Control also facilitates the payment which makes the accounts payable process more efficient. Your suppliers receive the money directly, but your actual payment to ING is delayed because of your monthly settlement. All payments are consolidated in one monthly statement, which results in one actual payment to ING. Delegating the payment to the buyer reduces the administration time for conducting payments.
