Tenderer's standard catalogue describing all the functionalities and features of the offered COTS SP. 4. A list of at least 15 customers using the offered COTS SP indicating the number of users and main features used. 5. Reference letters for at least 3 successful implementations of the offered COTS SP performed by the tenderer in the recent 3 years. The description of the scope of the implementation shall be included in the reference letters or attached. 6. The offered team of personnel must jointly meet the following requirements: a. 1 individual must have successfully passed Exam 70-331: Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Core Solutions and Exam 70-332: Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, Advanced Solutions or own a MCSE: SharePoint certificate; b. 1 individual must have successfully passed 2 exams from the following: Exam 70-488: Core Solutions of SharePoint 2013 Development, or 70-573: TS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development, Exam 70-489: Advanced Solutions of SharePoint 2013 Development, or 70-576: PRO: Designing and Developing Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Applications or own one of the following certifications: MCPD: SharePoint Developer 2010, MCSD: SharePoint Applications. Where: the proposed project manager shall have directly participated in at least 2 projects concluded with successful implementation of the offered COTS SP during its complete life cycle in at least one of the following roles: contract manager, project manager, quality manager or system development manager. The project manager must be proficient in Prince2 or PMBOK, the proposed business analyst shall have directly participated in at least 3 projects concluded with a successful implementation of the offered COTS SP during its complete life cycle in at least one of the following roles: business analyst, system analyst, architect and preferably supplemented by experience in testing SPbased solutions and training its users. The business analyst must be proficient in requirements analysis and the offered COTS SP, and OOTB SP features, the proposed SharePoint architect shall have directly participated in at least 2 projects concluded with successful implementation of the offered COTS SP during its complete implementation time in at least one of the following roles: architect, development manager, senior developer, the proposed senior SharePoint developers shall have directly participated in at least 2 projects concluded with a successful implementation of the offered COTS SP in at least one of the following roles: architect, development manager, senior developer, the proposed junior SharePoint developers shall have been trained in developing extensions and customisations to the offered COTS SP, the proposed SharePoint GUI designer shall have directly participated in at least 2 projects concluded with successful implementation of COTS SP or OOTB SP in the scope of its branding, graphical interface and user experience design.
