In addition, the multifunction displays feature embedded processing and graphics generation capabilities, which minimize the overall installed equipment complement while providing greater system availability through redundant flight and mission critical processing resources. To ease maintainability, the multifunction display units are fully interchangeable. The MFD-268C4A is also sunlight readable and compliant with MIL-STD-85762A for use with current-generation night vision imaging system (NVIS) goggles. CDU-7000 control display unit.
