She previously held the position of Managing Director of Natixis Factor from 2006 to 2008. Philippe SALLE 46 years old, began his career at Total in Indonesia then joined Accenture as a consultant in the computing sector. He then joined McKinsey (strategy consulting) where he was successively a consultant, project leader then project director. He joined the company Vedior in 1999 (today Randstad, company listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange). He became Chairman and Managing Director of Vedior France in 2002 then President of the south Europe zone in 2006 (France, Spain, Italy and Switzerland). He held this position until 2007, date on which he joined the Geoservices Group (technological company in the oil sector), operating in 52 countries and with nearly 7,000 employees, first as Assistant General Manager then as Chairman and Managing Director up to March 2011.
