Eployent st A new collaborative approach to industry-specific pre-eployent training Hospitality, leisure, travel and touris is a fast growing sector that will need to recruit an additional 06,300 workers across the UK every year until 207. To fill this gap, the sector will need to find fresh talent with the right attitude, skills and qualifications to eet the needs of eployers in these industries. What is Eployent st Eployent st was developed by People st and with full backing and input fro eployers, to eet the sector s request for a consistent standard of preeployent training across the UK.
