COMMERCIAL BANKING COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ENROLL IN COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE With Commercial Loans Online, you can easily monitor loan activity for your eligible Commercial loans and delegate online access for your loan accounts to other employees in your company. 1 Depending on the loan accounting system for your loan, and other factors, you may also be able to schedule payments and request advances. To get started, simply follow the s below to enroll. Enrollment 1 Go to www.chase.com/cbloansonline and click Enroll Now to begin enrollment. On the next page, enter your loan account number and customer ID if required.* Then enter your tax identification number. LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER field TAX ID NUMBER field UsER ID field finally, create a user ID and click Next to continue. *A Customer ID is required for certain types of loans. Please refer to the illustration below to determine whether you need to enter a Customer ID. Option 1 If your loan statement looks like this, you should enter your customer ID, located in the top right section of your statement. Your loan number is also available in the activity details section. Option 2 If your loan statement looks like this, you DO NOT need to enter your customer ID. 1
COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ENROLL IN COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE Enrollment 2 Indicate whether you are a signer on all eligible loan accounts you are requesting to manage online. Click Next to continue. selection OPTIONs Enrollment 3 Re-enter the user ID you created and provide the following information: Email address First and last name Country Address Phone number Click Next to continue. COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ENROLL IN COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE Enrollment 4 If the system allows you to submit transactions for your loans online, you will be prompted to indicate whether you want to enable Loan Advances and Payments. select the appropriate radio button and click Next to continue. selection OPTIONs Please note that if the system does not allow you to transact on your loans online, you will not be presented with this page. Enrollment 5 You will receive a confirmation that your enrollment request has been received. To complete your enrollment request, please contact the Chase Commercial Online sm service Center at the phone number on the screen. 3
COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ENROLL IN COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE Enrollment 6 Once your enrollment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password. Go to www.chase.com/cbloansonline and log in using the user ID you created and your temporary password. EMAIL AND PAssWORD fields You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter the new password and your email address in the fields provided. Click Next to continue. Enrollment 7 You must create a security code that will be used as a passcode whenever you contact the Chase Commercial Online service Center. Your security code cannot be the same as your user ID or password. Enter your security code in the fields provided and click Next to continue. security CODE fields Important: You will need to provide your security code each time you contact the Chase Commercial Online service Center, so it is important that you select a code you can remember easily. 4
COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ENROLL IN COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE Enrollment 8 You will be prompted to review and accept the "Commercial Loans Online Access and services Agreement." You can review a copy of the agreement by clicking the link provided on the screen. If you agree, select Yes and click Next to continue. "YEs" OPTION Enrollment 9 The next screen will provide a message confirming that your enrollment is complete. You can now begin using Commercial Loans Online. 5

You may also be able to view summary account balance information for certain checking and savings accounts. You ll be taken to the statements page, where you can browse up to two years of PDf statements for certain loan accounts. 7

Using the drop-down menu in the Reports for section, select the loan for which you want to view a report. Then, select the report you would like to view from the report drop-down menu. You can view the following reports: Loan Availability Report Daily Activity Advice Active Interest Rate Options Report Interest Rate Option Statement Letter of Credit Activity Report Monthly Statement Activity Reports 3 Provide the date for which you want to create your report, and then click Generate Report. COMMERCIAL BANKING COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ACCEss & security MANAGER With Commercial Loans Online's Access and security Manager, the system Administrator can give authorized users the ability to view account information and, if applicable, schedule loan payments and/or advances transactions, or approve loan payments and/or advances scheduled by other users. 1 1 Click the Add Authorized User button to begin adding new authorized users. first, you ll need to verify your identity. ADD AUThORIzED UsER BUTTON 2 Enter the Authorized User s first and last name, and create a user ID. You must also enter a phone number and email address for the Authorized User. We will use this information to verify the Authorized User s identify. ADD AUThORIzED UsER fields Confirm the information you ve entered is correct and click Next. You will see a screen confirming that the Authorized User has been added. The Authorized User will receive a message with instructions on how to log on to Commercial Loans Online for the first time. Please note that you will need to provide the user ID you created to the Authorized User so they can log on. 16
COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE ACCEss & security MANAGER 3 Once you ve added an Authorized User, you will be prompted to set the user s access to accounts on your Commercial Loans Online profile. Click Assign access for each account. You may also choose to Copy user access from another user s profile. COPY UsER ACCEss LINK AssIGN ACCEss LINKs You can also update an exiting user s permissions by clicking see/change access next to their name on the Access and security Manager home page. No Access the Authorized User will not have access to this account. View Only the Authorized User can only view account information. You may also use the appropriate check boxes to give the user the ability to view statements or approve transactions submitted by other users. View and Transact the Authorized User can view account information and submit transactions. You may also use the appropriate check boxes to give this user the ability to view statements or approve transactions submitted by other users. Transaction Only the Authorized User can only submit transactions and will not be able to view account activity. You may also use the appropriate check boxes to give this user the ability to approve transactions submitted by other users. Click save Changes to continue. Please note that transactions cannot be completed online for certain types of loans. for these loans, you will not see the View and Transact or Transact Only options when selecting user permissions. 17
COMMERCIAL BANKING COMMERCIAL LOANs ONLINE self service ThROUGh ThE CUsTOMER CENTER from the Customer Center page, you can edit your profile, add users (if you are the system Administrator), manage which accounts display online and access help and reference guides. 1 from the Customer Center page, you can perform a variety of activities, such as: UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INfORMATION ChANGE YOUR UsER ID ChANGE YOUR PAssWORD UPDATE YOUR security CODE LINK ADDITIONAL LOAN ACCOUNTs VIEW LOAN statements 1 - Terms and conditions, including fees and limitations, apply as described in the Commercial Loans Online Access and services Agreement. Important Information regarding Deposit Accounts and Loan Accounts: 1. Deposit Account and Loan Account information presented on Commercial Loans Online ( CLO ): (i) may be subject to systems and other limitations; (ii) is subject to adjustment and correction; (iii) may not be current due to delays and batch processing (for Loan Accounts, batch processing includes Letter of Credit, Borrowing Base, and other information), all as further described in the Commercial Loans Online Access and services Agreement (the CLO Agreement ); and (iv) is not to be used to determine the payoff amount for any Loan Account. for assistance, contact your Client service Professional ( CsP ). Except as otherwise provided in the CLO Agreement (to which reference should be made for a description of terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to all transactions undertaken via CLO), CLO information and transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Deposit Account and Loan Account documents. 2. Terminology used on CLO may vary from that used in the applicable Deposit Account and Loan Account documents, as further described in the CLO Agreement. 3. factors not on CLO may also affect Loan Account availability and usage, as further described in the CLO Agreement, including, without limitation: the presence of default or unmatured default; any unsatisfied condition precedent; any sublimit, purpose limit, or Borrowing Base limit; and other credit facilities that could reduce availability; all as may be provided in the applicable Loan Account documents. 4. Customer s Loan Account Advance requests via CLO are limited to eligible Loan Accounts. Loan Account advances may be requested on eligible Loan Accounts via CLO in accordance with the CLO Agreement and the applicable loan documents. Deposit Account payments and Loan Account advances made via CLO are subject to such cutoff times as the Bank may establish from time to time; provided, however, that Loan Account advance requests, even if made prior to the cutoff time, may not be processed until the next Business Day, as provided further in the CLO Access and services Agreement. Loan Account advances made on eligible Loan Accounts via CLO are deposited into a Deposit Account designated by Customer and maintained with Bank. 5. Loan payments via CLO are limited to eligible Loan Accounts. As further provided in the CCO Agreement, an amount up to the Total amount due on all invoices may be paid on any eligible Loan Account or Obligation No. via CLO. Prepayments of principal may be made on an eligible Loan Account that is a revolving line of credit and that accrues interest for the term of the loan at a floating rate (such as based on the Bank s Prime Rate or Commercial Base Rate). Otherwise prepayments of principal cannot be made via CLO. 6. The order of application of payments made on any eligible Loan Account or Obligation No. via CLO is, as further provided in the CLO Agreement, in the order of oldest unpaid invoice to newest unpaid invoice, and for any invoice is first, to accrued interest that is due and payable, second, to all principal that is due and payable, and third, to any fees that are due and payable, which may be different than the order of application of payments provided in the Loan Account Documents. 2014 JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
