RENT ASSISTANCE Volunteers of America Western Washington Rent assistance becomes available the first of the month, but runs out quickly. Call for information on availability and eligibility. 2-1-1 Arlington Community Chest Can provide one-time emergency financial assistance or cash grants to help pay rent or utility bills residents of the greater Arlington area.
