The following dental clinics accept MEDICAID/APPLE HEALTH/PROVIDER ONE for covered dental services. Healthy Options plans in Snohomish County include: Amerigroup Washington, Inc, Coordinated Corp., Community Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, and United Healthcare Community Plan.
