Leverage the Social Enterprise Engaging customers via social channels is rapidly becoming a significant key to enhanced customer experience as it provides proactive customer service, targeted messaging and greater intimacy throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Get Smarter with Actionable Insight The difference between making good decisions and great decisions depends heavily upon the quality, structure, and availability of information at hand. Oracle CRM On Demand Release 26 expands upon its industry-leading analytics capabilities to provide greater business insight than ever before. New capabilities a new subject area for Sample Request on the Call Activity History Object which allows for even deeper analytics on how and where samples are being dropped. The Event Object has been extended to include Books and sub-books, and Dashboards have been enhanced to include usage analytics to monitor analytics performance of individual reports in the dashboard. Get More Productive with Powerful Tools Oracle CRM On Demand Release 26 has introduced several changes to the User Interface, including a larger font for easier tablet use, the ability to add a picture to the Contact Detail Page, new field management features that permit replacing a field label with an icon and a new Modern Theme designed with touch screen devices mind that offers large icons instead of tabs and a floating navigation bar to access child objects. Along with a new User Interface, usability has been enhanced by automatically updating the opportunity revenue value with a change in the product lines associated to that opportunity. By updating values automatically, users are more efficiently able to keep revenue, quota and forecasting values fully up to date. 3

Enhanced Email When launching a new product or service, or promoting a special offer, email is one of the first avenues used to reach potential or existing customers. Marketing will spend time creating high quality, rich emails that contain the desired messaging, links to register interest and options to download more information. Once the email was sent, the expectation is generally low, anticipating that people will usually ignore an email from someone they don t know. With CRM On Demand Release 26, that obstacle can be overcome by allowing sales reps to send the same email template, personalized, to their contacts or leads. Templates can be created for any number of communications, from event invitations, new product information, in support of a new campaign and even a friendly check-in. Sales gains an easy to use, highly professional email that they just need to provide an email for, and Marketing gains a channel that is far more effective as it leverages an existing relationship. Get the Best Value Oracle CRM On Demand delivers unprecedented value with the broadest set of capabilities from a single-provider solution, the industry s lowest total cost of ownership, the most on-demand deployment options, the deepest CRM expertise and experience of any CRM provider, and the most secure CRM in the cloud. With Release 26, Oracle CRM On Demand now includes even more enterprise-grade security, integration, and extensibility features, along with enhanced industry editions to save you time and money. New features include: Picklist Value Groups and Divisions is a new feature that provides filtered picklists based on what Division the user or the record is in. A filtered picklist means that users will only see those values that are necessary for the process or record on hand, while maintaining a single field for reporting. Extended Fiscal Calendar has been extended to support up to 2040 for both the standard and custom fiscal calendars, forecast definitions, exchange rate definitions, time zones and analytics reporting. Identification of non-production email is an addition to CRM On Demands automatic notification capability that increases administrator efficiency. By tagging all emails from staging, CTE or other nonproduction systems as such, administrators can fine tune their response processes to focus on production. Expanded Integration: Oracle continues to improve Web Services each release, by adding more object coverage enabling customers and partners to easily integrate with CRM On Demand. Release 26 sees new web services to change the association between two records in a single call, enhance the administration web services to include table based picklists and add Opportunity as a child of the Partner object. 4
