Effective Partnerships Guiding Principles Effective partnership Working in Music Education Principles and Practice R Hallam (2011) Effective partnership working takes account of context; requires good communication, time, leadership, mutual trust, clarity of roles and responsibilities and the support of senior management. Joint programmes achieve more than each organisation or individual can achieve separately. The impact on children and young people can be profound if the experiences are of high quality. Training needs must be identified and addressed Planning, monitoring and evaluation are crucial and a shared ethos and sense of purpose are essential
LBBD Music Education Hub Core Values CMS is committed to promoting equality and reflecting the full diversity of the community it serves in all its activities and functions. CMS views the child at the heart of all strategic planning and delivery. We strive to ensure every child can experience enjoyment and success from the earliest stages of musical learning regardless of the school they attend, their background or personal circumstances. These sentiments are integral to the working of the hub and key guiding principles in all strategic partnership work.
