Worked at the Structured Finance Group dealing with asset-backed securitization transactions with exposure to commercial mortgage-backed securitization transactions. General duties included drafting documents, negotiating contract terms and handling closing transactions. (Experience in secured high yield debt financing, asset-based revolving loans and distressed debt trading transactions. Duties included drafting and reviewing credit agreements and handling closing transactions).
