Client Nuffield Health RBS Location Nationwide Portfolio Services provided Loan security valuation for RBS of 31 of Nuffield Health s independent acute surgical hospitals as trading entities, across England, Scotland and Wales. The portfolio included 1342 inpatient beds, 123 operating theatres, plus current or proposed redevelopment of facilities in Cambridge and Manchester. Our discussions with the Chief Executive s Office of the Valuation Office Agency have led to a reduction in the valuation basis for all Hospitals throughout the UK.
