Fuselage-mount radome Mobile Broadband System AeroSat has teamed with ViaSat to combine the power of our HR6400 Ku-band antenna system with ViaSat s VMT-1560 mobile broadband technology. The result is a breakthrough for VIP aircraft: the lightest, lowest-profile fuselage-mount Ku-band broadband system available. This on-board system supports channel speeds of up to 30 Mbit/s from the hub gateway to your aircraft and up to 1024 kbit/s from your aircraft to the hub. The Mobile Broadband System operates within FCC and ITU regulatory guidelines for adjacent satellite interference. In our age of the BlackBerry and iphone, you need unlimited high-speed connectivity, no matter where you are in the world. But with water covering more than 70 percent of the earth s surface, you can quickly get out of touch when you take to the skies.
