4 1. Introduction to On-line Account Management OAM is an Internet based tool, which provides you with up-to-date access to mobile account details, including: Detailed itemised spend and billing information, which can be downloaded to your PC. Ability to block and un-block various functions for handsets, including outgoing calls, roaming facilities and international calls. It is also possible to block the usage of lost or stolen handsets. On-line update facilities for password management, billing details and contact information. Option to request duplicate/copy invoices. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - your first port of call if you experience any problems. 2. Accessing On-line Account Management You can access your account at the following URL: www.mobileaccountmanagement.com You will be taken to the welcome page, where 3 sets of log-in details are required: 1. Log-in method 2. Log-in details 3. Password Log-in method There are four levels of log-in access, Group, Corporate, Account and Mobile. You will have been emailed your log-in method. Log-in details Your log-in details are your user name. You will have received this with your log-in method details. Password Your password is also needed and this will have been sent to you in a separate email. If you have forgotten your password, you will need to call the helpdesk on 0800 587 2937 between the hours 08:30-17:30, Monday Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and they will arrange a new password for you.

Explaining the On-line Account Management Hierarchy The diagram below illustrates the levels within On-line Account Management, with examples of what these levels may represent within an organisation. 6 4. Site access for each user type The four log-in levels allow various degrees of visibility and control. To understand what the Group, Corporate, Account and Mobile levels of On-line Account Management represent, please refer to diagram 3. 7 4.1 Accessing all Corporates Only Group log-in access allows you to view all levels of On-line Account Management, including all Corporate codes. To view the Corporates from the Group access home page, you should select corporate from the top horizontal menu bar. All Corporate names and codes will be listed, a search function is also available. By selecting a code, you will be able to view all details on any corporate. 4.2 Accessing all accounts This is available to Group access users only. You must firstly select the Corporate that you wish to see the detail on (see 4.1). You will then be able to select an Account within this corporate, by clicking account in the top menu bar. All Account numbers within the selected Corporate will be listed, a search function is also available. By selecting a number, you will be able to view all details on an Account. 4.3 Accessing a specific corporate This option is available to both Group and Corporate access users. Group access users should refer to 4.1 Corporate access users will have been allocated access to one specific Corporate and will have access to all mobile information within the Corporate, including the number of Accounts in the Corporate and all relevant contact information. 4.4 Accessing all accounts within a corporate This option is available to both Group and Corporate access users. Group access users will need to have selected a Corporate code. To view account details within this Corporate, the account option in the top menu bar should be selected. Corporate access users should also select account from the menu bar and from here select the specific account they wish to view either via the displayed list of account numbers or by using the search function. All mobile details within the selected account will then be displayed.

8 4.5 Accessing a specific account This option is available to Group, Corporate and Account access users. Group and Corporate access users should refer to 4.4. Account access users will be able to access one specified account. Details such as itemised invoices and contact details can be viewed. All mobiles within this account can also be accessed. 4.6 Accessing individual mobiles This option is available to all 4 log-in access levels at the following levels: Group access can view all mobile details Corporate access can view all mobile details within a specific Corporate code Account access can view all mobile details within a specific Account Mobile access can view own individual business mobile details Details such as unbilled calls and bundles can be accessed. Additionally, barring functions are available at this level. 5. On-line Account Management Functionality 5.1 Address and contact details Names, postal and email addresses are displayed at each level of the site. After you have logged onto the site, you will be taken directly to the detail s page. The details are tailored to each level: Group access level contact and address details for the whole account. Corporate access level contact and address details for each Corporate code Account access level contact and address details at account level Mobile access level individual user names and addresses per mobile.

9 5.2 Changing Address Details After you have logged on, you will be taken directly to the detail s page, you can then click on the underlined word address and change the address details. When you have changed the details, you should press submit. 5.3 Changing Email Details When on the details page, you can click on the underlined word email and then change the email address on display by typing in the new email address and pressing submit. 5.4 Changing User Names This option allows you to amend or change a user name when required. To change a user name, you firstly need to be on the Mobile detail s page. If you have Mobile access, you will be taken here directly after you have logged on. As a Group, Corporate or Account access user, you should work through the site hierarchy until you have selected a specific mobile number. From here, you should click on the underlined word user name. After entering a new user name, you should press submit. 5.5 Changing Your Password If you want to change your password, you should log-in using your current password and select password from the left hand vertical menu bar. You will then need to do the following: 1. Enter your current password 2. Enter your new password 3. Confirm your new password 4. Press submit If you have forgotten your password, you will need to call the helpdesk on 0800 587 2937 between the hours 08:30-17:30, Monday Friday and they will arrange a new password for you. Please note that if you enter the incorrect password more than 3 times, your access will be blocked. You should phone the helpdesk so that they can set up a new password for you.

10 5.6 Requesting Data and Fax Capabilities After selecting the individual mobile number you want to give data and fax capabilities to, you should select the data and fax option from the left hand vertical menu bar. You can then add data or fax capabilities to the selected mobile number. 5.7 Barring and Unbarring Options The ability to bar a variety of options at individual mobile level is available. Firstly the mobile in question should be selected. Barring should then be selected from the left-hand vertical menu bar. The options then available are: - Stolen - block the use of a lost or stolen handset - Full Bar - block the complete use of the phone - Outgoing - only allow incoming calls to the mobile - International - bar the ability of the user to make international calls from the UK - Roaming bar the ability of the user to use the mobile whilst abroad. These functions can additionally be unbarred, by simply selected a function and clicking on the unbar button. 6. Viewing account details 6.1 Invoices Invoices can be viewed by users who have Group, Corporate or Account access. Invoices are available at Account level, with bills listed by individual handset. Group access users, must firstly select the Corporate code they wish to view and then the relevant Account number. Corporate access users must select the account they wish to view. From here, Group, Corporate and Account access users should click on invoices on the left hand vertical menu bar. By clicking on the underlined view invoice button you will be able to see up to three months of invoices for each mobile within the account. Additionally, all invoices can be viewed at an itemised level, by selecting the Itemised Invoice option. The itemised billing option has a facility to sort the available data by date, time, number, duration, price and bundled calls, into ascending or descending order.

11 6.2 Duplicate / Copy Invoices Ordering Duplicate / Copy invoices can be done at Group, Corporate or Account level. Enter at the appropriate level, click on Contact Us on the left hand menu bar. From the drop down menu click I would like to request a copy invoice, fill in the on-line form as detailed (It asks for Mobile No., Contact No., Invoice No., Invoice Date) then press submit. 6.3 Unbilled Calls Unbilled calls can be viewed for each individual mobile. Firstly a mobile number must be selected, and then unbilled calls from the left hand menu bar should be selected. All mobile use which has not yet been billed, will be displayed here. This information can also be downloaded and saved. 6.4 Bundles Information on voice and data bundles for each mobile can be accessed. Firstly a mobile number must be selected and then bundles from the left-hand menu bar should be selected. Information such as bundle type, allocation, remaining minutes / usage and expiry date is detailed here. 6.5 View the SIM number The SIM number for each mobile can be viewed. Firstly a specific mobile number must be selected. The details for the mobile will then be displayed. You can also select the details option from the left hand vertical menu. The SIM card number will be listed underneath the User Name.

12 7. Help and information 7.1 Frequently asked questions (FAQs) An FAQs button is available on the left-hand menu bar on the Group, Corporate, Account and Mobile details page. A drop down menu containing many frequently asked questions is available. By selecting and double clicking on a question, the answer will be provided. Additionally, for any questions that are not asked in the drop down menu, there is a function for you to type your own question and to submit this. You will receive a responding email by the next working day. 7.2 Help The help option can be selected from the top horizontal menu bar. This facility provides you with various options. The helpdesk number is provided if you need to speak to somebody, as well as the option to contact the helpdesk via email. A link to the frequently asked questions is provided and additionally a link to a glossary of terms used in the site is provided 7.3 Contact Us The Contact Us button is available on the left hand menu bar on the Group, Corporate, Account and Mobile details page. A drop down menu allows you to quickly select the option of receiving a copy invoice or enabling data /fax. After selecting one of these options, you will need to fill in a simple online form so that we can respond as effectively and quickly as possible. If you need to contact us for any other issues, you can submit a question and we will respond within one working day. 8. Log-out The Log out option exits you from the secure part of the system and takes you back to the log-in page.

13 Appendix 1 Process for downloading call record details from OAM From the Left Hand menu bar click Invoices You will have two options click Itemised Invoice You will see the itemised invoice click Download Units A pop up box will appear. You will get an option to download your file to your hard disk Click Save file to hard disk and then click OK. Another pop up box will appear, select your local directory (or directory of your choice), and name the file as appropriate. (Leave save as type as Text Document).

14 Open Excel Click File, then Open. Your local directory will pop up (or if alternative directory chosen, locate the document that was saved). Change Files of Type to All Files and Locate the now saved document (billed_units_download.txt). Click Open A Text Import Wizard Step 1 of 3 box will pop up. Click Delimited and then click Next Step 2, click Tab, Comma, Space then click Next

15 Step 3 Click General and then click Finish. The File will appear in Excel

16 Now save the File as appropriate in.xls format You will now be able to manipulate your itemisation via Excel.
