ANNUAL PREQUALIFACTION APPLICATION Interested Subcontractor: Each Frank L. Blum Construction subcontractor that has the potential of having a contract greater than $50,000 must submit a completed Subcontractor Prequalification Application each year. Performance and Payment Bonds may be required on all subcontracts of $100,000 or greater. A scope of work less than this amount does not relieve the subcontractor from providing the bonding information listed above as a part of the Application. If you are unable to bond, please state as such in the Application. Certain bid packages will require performance and payment bonds regardless of the value of the scope of work. These requirements will be stipulated in the individual bid packages.
