AGILE EXPERT PROGRAM In dynamic world we live in, only responsive enterprises survive. Changing your organization into a responsive enterprise is hard. Consolidating this responsiveness is even harder.

Become an Agile Expert At Prowareness we have expertise to increase responsiveness your organization by introducing Agile & Lean practices. After our Prowareness consultants have helped you become more responsive you need your own experts to take responsibility this new DNA. Prowareness can help you select se champions and educate m to become an Agile Expert. These employees act as change agents in transition towards Agility and in becoming more responsive. We fer Agile Expert program, an all-inclusive program that includes training, coaching and final certification. The Agile Expert program encompasses a curriculum 10 expertise areas rolled out over a period twelve months. Each expertise area consists 1 day training, an assignment and a collective coaching intervision, where you be coached on outcome assignment. Prerequisites In order to participate in program, you need: One following certifications: PSM/PSPO I/PSD I (Scrum.org)/CSM/CSPO/CSD (Scrum Alliance); At least 1 year experience in role Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum developer or Scrum coach. Investment Time: Approximately 33 days including assignments, training & coaching retreat. Costs: Entire all-inclusive program (incl. certification, lunch & dinner): 10.900,- p.p. (The program be limited to a maximum 12 participants in order to guarantee quality.) You be briefly interviewed by us to assess your level knowledge and learning objectives/ expectations.
