This master program is the first master ever organized in Italy on fashion law, by addressing all multiple legal areas that significantly impact on the fashion business: contract law, intellectual property law, protection against counterfeiting, protection of the Made in Italy, corporate operations and stock exchange quotations, opening of new shops, customs law, advertising law, fashion manufacturing and related issues of environmental protection. Over the past years the Marangoni Institute has opened new campus all over the world increasing, by so doing, its international reputation.
