To Head Office Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality Prins Clauslaan 8 2595 AJ Den Haag Telephone: +31 (0)70-378 6868 All visitors to the Ministry are required to register at the reception desk at the main entrance. There you are given a visitor s pass to enter and a plan of the building to help you find your way. On leaving the building you are required to hand in your pass at the reception desk. Please note that all these buildings can easily be reached by public transport. You have arrived by car: From Utrecht via the A12; from Rotterdam via the A13; from Amsterdam via the A4. At motorway junction Prins Clausplein follow the sign for Voorburg/Den Haag. This will take you onto the Utrechtsebaan slip road. Take exit 2 Den Haag Centrum. Pass the first set of traffic lights and you are on the Prins Clauslaan. Pass the second set of traffic lights. The Ministry is the red brick building on your right. From Amsterdam/Leiden via the A44/N44. Take Den Haag Centrum exit. At the first traffic lights turn left, into the Laan van Nieuw Oost- Indië, following the signs for Voorburg/ Leidschendam. At the first large junction with traffic lights take the first right into the Bezuidenhoutseweg. Continue for about 500 metres. The Ministry is the red brick building on your left. You have arrived by public transport: Our head office is about 5 minutes walk from The Hague Central Station. On leaving the main station exit turn right, cross the station forecourt and continue along the Bezuidenhoutseweg. Walk past the Babylon shopping centre, cross over the side street and continue on past the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Buitenlandse Zaken). Cross the following dual carriageway at the traffic lights and you will see the red brick building of the Ministry of Agriculture on your right. Parking Parking space at the Ministry is only available if it has been reserved beforehand. Paid parking is available in the surrounding streets.

There you are given a visitor s pass to enter the buildings. On leaving the buildings you are required to hand in your pass at the reception desk. off at the Juliana van Stolberglaan stop. Cross over the road. The buildings are next to the Christus Triumfatorkerk church. Tram 2 or 6 to Leidschendam/Leidschenhage. Get off at Oostinje stop. The buildings are on your left just past the Christus Triumfatorkerk church. You can also take the train to the Laan van Nieuw Oost-Indië station (about 6 minutes walk). Leave the station at the exit opposite the Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid (near platform 1). Turn left out of the station and into the Laan van Nieuw Oost- Indië. Carry on past the petrol station. The buildings are on your left just past the Christus Triumfatorkerk church. You have arrived by public transport: By train from The Hague Central Station, (about 15 minutes walk): on leaving the main station exit turn right, cross the station forecourt and continue along the Bezuidenhoutseweg. Walk past the Babylon shopping centre, cross over the side street and continue on past the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Buitenlandse Zaken). Cross the following dual carriageway at the traffic lights and turn right immediately into this road, Prins Clauslaan. You are now passing a red brick building on your left-hand side. This is the Ministry s head office. Take the first left into the Theresiastraat, parallel to the Bezuidenhoutseweg and continue along this shopping street until you reach the first large junction with traffic lights. Turn right here into the Laan van Nieuw Oost-Indië. The buildings are a further 200 metres on your right. Bus 22 to Leidschendam/Leidschenhage. Get You have arrived by car: From Utrecht via the A12; from Rotterdam via the A13; from Amsterdam via the A4. At motorway junction Prins Clausplein follow the sign for Voorburg/Den Haag. Take exit 3 Mariahoeve. At the traffic lights turn right and follow the signs for centrum. After a turn to the left you will see the buildings are on the lefthand side, just past the traffic lights. From Amsterdam/Leiden via the A44/N44. Follow signs for Den Haag Centrum. At the traffic lights turn left towards Voorburg/ Leidschendam into the Laan van Nieuw Oost- Indië. After about a kilometre you will see the buildings on the right-hand side. Parking: Parking space at the Ministry is only available if it has been reserved beforehand. If you are travelling by public transport: From The Hague Central Station or The Hague Hollands Spoor Station: Take HTM bus #18 in the direction of Clingendael and get out at the Van Alkemadelaan stop. From The Hague Laan van NOI Station: Take HTM bus #23 in the direction of Duindorp and get out at the Willem Witsenplein stop. From Voorburg Train Station: Take HTM bus #23 in the direction of Duindorp and get out at the Willem Witsenplein stop. left onto the Van Alkemadelaan. The building will be on your left, but you cannot turn left here. Instead, continue on to the traffic lights and turn left on the Wassenaarseweg, and then turn left again at the next set of lights onto the Van Hoytemastraat. Then take the fourth street on your left, the Roelofsstraat. Our building is at the end of the street on your left. No visitor parking is available at the building, but paid parking is available along streets in the vicinity. Coming from Wassenaar or Amsterdam on the N44: Follow the signs to Den Haag/Scheveningen until you come to the Van Alkemadelaan, where you take a right at the traffic lights. The building will be on your left, but you cannot turn left here. Instead, continue on to the traffic lights and turn left on the Wassenaarseweg, and then turn left again at the next set of lights onto the Van Hoytemastraat. Then take the fourth street on your left, the Roelofsstraat. Our building is at the end of the street on your left. No visitor parking is available at the building, but paid parking is available along streets in the vicinity.
