Testimonial I highly recommend Beth Beutler, if you are looking for someone to help take your business to the next level. We used Beth for two years to plan and coordinate client appreciation dinners and events for our company. She was in charge of all planning details and always did a fantastic job for us. Her attention to detail and follow up was great and freed up the staff to concentrate on their specific areas of work. She also took on the responsibility of developing a systematized contact schedule that has allowed us to stay in touch with our clients and set up yearly review meetings. One final task that she helped us develop was social media. Before Beth, we had no social media presence besides a static web page. She helped us set up Facebook, Twitter, and worked with our staff to develop a more interactive web site. Beth is well organized and task oriented, plus always took the initiative to do the extra things around the office that others often put off doing. She has the heart of a servant and was a great complement to our Team! ~ Roger C. Sims, President, Sims & Karr Financial Solutions

Testimonials I have known Beth as a friend and a partner in several endeavors for the past several years. She has invested in my growth as she has recognized strengths in me that she was willing to bring to light in projects of her own. She has also encouraged me to use those strengths with my own projects and has introduced me to people that have had an impact on my working toward certain goals. In doing that, it brings to light one of her gifts. She helps people understand that they have something important to offer, and she is willing to use her vast knowledge of many subjects and her connections with many in different areas of expertise to help someone realize their own goals. It is my privilege to know someone that is eager to see me succeed and brings her gifts to bear to be part of that success. Karina Whisnant, co-author, Organizing From the Heart
Answers to your questions I m not sure if I need a virtual assistant. Let s have a free initial consultation to find out! What are your hours? I try to do all professional work on Mondays through Fridays, preferably between 9 and 5, although I do monitor messages in the evenings. I will also provide support on weekends when it s appropriate, i.e. for an event. I prefer to keep professional work and messages (i.e. email) to a bare minimum on Sundays. Are all your services virtual? Many of my support services are handled from my home office. However, when appropriate, I am available to work on-site, meet in-person, support an event or activity, accompany my client to a presentation, etc. depending on their needs.
Answers to your questions If I choose to pre-pay, when does work begin? You do not pay until you receive an invoice, which I send after we have an initial free consultation about what your anticipated support needs for the allotted period. A basic agreement is drawn up so it is very clear up front when the work period begins and ends. Why is there an expiration date for the silver and gold packages? Does this mean use it or lose it? An expiration date motivates clients to stay focused on goals and projects and use the services for which they have already paid. It keeps accounts current. I always work with and communicate regularly with clients so that a use it or lose it scenario would be very rare. You offer a satisfaction guaranteed policy. How do you handle a situation where a client may not be satisfied? I make every effort to keep expectations clear and realistic from the beginning of the relationship. I m a strong communicator and have the ability to get along and work well with all types of personalities. I will work with clients to provide services in a way that makes them super satisfied and if a difference of opinion comes up, will work out an amicable solution so they feel they got their money s worth!
Answers to your questions Do you charge for expenses such as mileage, printing etc.? Ancillary charges such as these are invoiced separately and depend upon the situation. I generally charge mileage at the current IRS rate for meetings/errands that are directly related to assisting you and that you agree require me to work away from my home office (i.e. being at your event, coming to a meeting.) If I choose to work away from my home office (i.e. a coffee shop), you are not charged for that mileage. You are not charged for use of a small amount of office supplies I consider that part of the cost of doing business. However, for print projects requiring several copies (i.e. handouts for a presentation you are doing) you would pay for any printing fees, or other services such as professional photography that I may book on your behalf. These types of fees are always discussed up-front with you before being added to your invoice. For anticipated expenses of $50 or more I generally ask for pre-payment. Otherwise I will invoice you separately around the first of each month for incidental expenses incurred the month prior. This is separate from any package invoice you may receive.
