Priscilla Vincent, Assistant Vice President Priscilla Vincent is Assistant Vice President at Rosenberg & Parker where she is responsible for Business Development and Client Advisory. She has nearly 10 years of experience in the surety industry as both an underwriter and a broker and also grew up in the business with a father who was a surety broker in Seattle. Priscilla began her career with Chubb in 2004 as a surety underwriter trainee in the Philadelphia office and worked in various roles in New York City and the Chubb home office in New Jersey before joining Rosenberg & Parker, Inc. in 2012. Priscilla currently handles programs for multiple Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries. She is active in her local chapter of RIMS (Risk Management Society) and attends chapter meetings and events throughout the country. Priscilla graduated cum laude from The University of New Hampshire with a BA in English and a minor in Business. While at Chubb, she earned her MBA in accounting and finance from Farleigh Dickenson University where she was also inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Priscilla lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband Robert, their young daughter Hadley, and two dogs. She is an active member of her local Rotary. Harry C. Rosenberg, Chairman Mr. Rosenberg has been servicing the surety bond needs of a long list of distinguished clients for 50 years; they include Fortune 500 companies, ENR listed construction managers, contractors of all types and sizes, companies requiring a variety of miscellaneous bonds, law firms, and corporations transacting business in the international market. He has lectured extensively, educating contractors, insurance agents, bankers, accountants, lawyers, various trade associations, and insurance company personnel. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg was an instructor for the Insurance Society of Philadelphia where he taught an Advanced Bonding class. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of The Associated General Contractors of America s (AGC) Surety Bonding Committee and participates in Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) events. Also, he was a Director of The National Association of Surety Bond Producers for two terms and a Regional Vice President for four years. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg has served as an elected public official in local government. Other civic endeavors include serving as a Vice President of The Union League of Philadelphia and President of the Rotary Foundation of Philadelphia. Chad Rosenberg, Principal Chad Rosenberg is a Principal of Rosenberg & Parker where he oversees client and surety relations as well as marketing and technology. He has 25 years of experience as a surety underwriter and broker. Chad began his career with Reliance Surety Company in 1987 and held underwriting positions in the home office in Philadelphia, and in offices in Seattle and Sacramento. Chad presently handles the surety programs for publicly traded and privately held corporations in the energy, manufacturing, construction, technology, pharmaceutical, environmental, and waste hauling industries. Chad has given formal presentations on surety related topics to many construction trade associations and Risk & Insurance Management Society, Inc. (RIMS) Chapters, as well as insurance companies, banks, law firms and accounting firms. He has authored numerous articles and publications, including the popular books Commercial Surety for Dummies and International Surety for Dummies. Chad obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Virginia. He is currently President of his local Rotary Club and serves on the Rotary Youth Exchange Committee. The father of five children, Chad and his wife Jennifer reside in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Matthew J. Rosenberg, Principal Matthew J. Rosenberg is a Principal of Rosenberg & Parker who oversees client and surety relations as well as internal business practices. He has over 20 years of experience as a broker and a surety underwriter. He began his career with Reliance Surety Company (Travelers) in 1990 and worked in various home and branch office positions in Philadelphia, Seattle & New York. Following Reliance Matt worked for American International Group (Chartis) in the Home Office of the Surety Department in New York City. Before joining Rosenberg & Parker, he worked with United States Fidelity & Guaranty (Travelers) in its International Bond Department. Matt writes bonds for both publicly traded and privately held corporations. Among the many industries that they represent are energy, pharmaceutical, transportation, construction, technology and real estate development. He has spoken to multiple RIMS Chapters around North America as well as at many RIMS National Conferences. Matt was named as a 2009 Power Broker for the pharmaceutical industry by Risk & Insurance Magazine. Matt has been active with the American Red Cross since 1995, and is currently on the Southeastern PA Chapter Board. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and serves on the Regional Selection Committee for the Jefferson Scholarship Foundation. Sheila E. Thompson, CIP, President Rosenberg & Parker of Canada, Inc. Sheila E. Thompson is the President of Rosenberg & Parker of Canada, Inc. Sheila has over 25 years of experience as an underwriter and as a broker. Sheila began her surety career as a summer student with Harry Price, Hilborn. She expanded her horizons as an underwriter with Chateau Insurance Company and joined Morris & Mackenzie, a privately held insurance and surety broker, in 1985. In 2007, Morris & Mackenzie was purchased by Hunter Keilty Muntz & Beatty (purchased by HUB in 2008) where Sheila was Vice President, Surety responsible for staffing and operations of the surety department. Sheila has written bonds for both publicly traded and privately held corporations in the construction, manufacturing, energy savings, technology, environmental and waste hauling industries, as well as for many other companies with bonding requirements. Sheila is the past chair of the Surety Association of Canada s Ontario and Education Committees and currently sits on the Ontario Committee. She is the only broker representative on the Canadian Construction Documents Committee s Surety Subcommittee. She also co-authored International Surety for Dummies with Chad Rosenberg. Sheila is a Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Association of Women in Construction and is an active volunteer in her church. Sheila graduated from Trinity College, University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has taken many surety, credit, insurance and management related courses including Dun & Bradstreet s Credit and Financial Analysis Course and the National Association of Surety Bond Producers Level II Surety School. She has facilitated courses on Excellent Customer Service. She has her Principal Broker s license with the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario. Christine Dunn, Chief Surety Officer Christine began her surety career with Reliance Surety Company in 1996 and is beginning her 17th year in the surety industry. She also has a broad background in commercial insurance, healthcare and commercial real estate. She currently facilitates bonding requirements for Contract and Commercial clients. Christine oversees the bond department, addresses underwriting requirements and provides contract document and bond form review. Christine joined Rosenberg & Parker in June, 2000 as an administrator and has risen to Chief Surety Officer. She is a licensed Pennsylvania Resident Property/Casualty Producer with nonresident licenses in almost all other states. Julie R. Burnet, Team Leader, Commercial Surety Julie began her surety career at ECBM Insurance Brokers in 1999. She has a broad background in commercial insurance and surety bonding. Currently, Julie is the Team Leader for Rosenberg & Parker s Commercial Surety Team and along with her team facilitates execution, renewal, and delivery of bonds for some of the largest corporations in the world. She has extensive experience in coordinating the transition of large bond programs from incumbent brokers to Rosenberg & Parker. Julie joined Rosenberg & Parker in February 2002. She is a Licensed Property/Casualty Insurance Agent. Julie has a teenage daughter and enjoys crafts.
