ProScope on a tripod with 90 degree tilt center column allows scope to extend onto bedspace away from tripod. Closer to patient = higher magnification. (Maximum mag for lens is 10 X if lens is almost touching object). Connecting USB to computer activates LED beam. Distance from object provides magnification. Outer ring of lens provides fine focus.
