You will be able to view all of your timesheets and Placements at a moments notice, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

T I M E K E E P E R P R O C E S S T h e p r o c e s s TimeKeeper is a Web-based timesheet application that enables you to enter, your weekly timesheet. Depending on the timesheet formats your company has opted to use, you will log into TimeKeeper using a secure and unique User ID and Password given only to you by Contract Professionals, Inc. Once you have submitted your timesheet it will be sent to your supervisor for approval, once your supervisor has approved your timesheet you will receive an email letting you know that it was approved. If the time sheet was rejected, you will need to correct it and re-submit the correct timesheet. Accessing timekeeper You will be notified by Contract Professionals, Inc. of your secure unique User ID and Password for use with TimeKeeper. Entering time into TimeKeeper How to enter time as a Resource (Employee) 1. You will go to http://www.cpijobs.com, select Employee Service, then select timekeeper. 2. Log in with your user id and password 3. The first time you log in, a User Agreement will display with one of two options, either Accept or Decline. If you decline the system will log you out. If you accept, it will take you to the next screen 4. In the Common Tasks area you will see Enter My Timesheet, List My Timesheets and List My Placements by Start Date 5. Click on Enter My Timesheet and select the appropriate timesheet to enter, based on the Weekending date
6. The timesheet will now display for the chosen week and if applicable, for the chosen assignment. Daily Hours 7. Enter time in a decimal format in quarter increments. (Example 8.00, 8.25, 8.50 and 8.75) 8. You can now go into the fields for the specific days and add the time. 9. Once you have all of your time input, you have the option to Save Timesheet, or to Save and Submit Timesheet 10. You must submit the timesheet to your supervisor at the end of the week. If you are not working the weekend you must submit it at the close of Friday s business. If you do work the weekend submit this on the last day that you work. CPI must have your approved time card before 3:00 PM EST every Monday.
f r e q u e n t l y a s k e d q u e s t i o n s How will the employee know I have approved or rejected their timesheet? The Resource will receive an e-mail letting them know the status of their timesheet. If you have approved it, they do not need to take any action. If you have rejected it, they will need to log back into TimeKeeper and make the necessary changes. Can I enter zero timesheets to reflect weeks not worked? Yes, zero hours can be entered into timesheets for a Resource. Can I view any reports to show information that has been entered into the TimeKeeper system? Yes, there are five reports available to you which you can run at any time through your TimeKeeper login. What should I do if I forget my password? If you remember your User ID but forget your password, go to the TimeKeeper site and click the Forgot Password button. You can then type in your User ID and e-mail address. Your password will then be e-mailed directly to you. If you forget your User ID, please contact us so we can reissue this information to you.
g l o s s a r y f o r T i m e K e e p e r Account Approver Contact Placement Placement ID Profit Center Resource Resource ID Status Timesheet An Account is a Company, or part of a Company that we are doing business with. Your Company may have multiple Accounts in TimeKeeper in order to represent the structure of the Company. The Approver is the name of the Contact who is permitted to approve a Resources timesheets. This might typically be the supervisor for that Resource or a Manager within your company. A Contact is the person in which our staffing agency interacts with, also commonly known as a Company Rep. This is the assignment, or the job that the Resource is working on at your Company. A Resource may work on more than one Placement at any given time. This number is generated from our internal system to help identify the Placement that one of our Resources is working on within your Company. This is the branch within our Company that the Resources are housed under. You may do business with one or more of our branches, or we may send you Resources from more than one branch. An employee from our staffing agency is known as a Resource in TimeKeeper. They will be referred to as a Resource in the system and throughout this manual. This number is generated from our internal system to help identify the Resource that is working on a Placement within your Company. This is the Status of a Timesheet that has been entered into TimeKeeper either by one of the Resources or by a Contact. The status s are Submitted, Approved or Rejected. The timesheets are the electronic timesheets that they have used to enter time in TimeKeeper. The Timesheets are available for you once a Resource has entered them into the system.
