Frequently Asked Questions How do I place my first check order? Placing your school s first check order is easy. You can fax a voided check or send us a specification sheet from your bank. We need a copy of the MICR coding that appears at the bottom of your check next to the check number, account number and routing number. The MICR coding allows proper placement for the magnetic ink printed on the check that is scanned at your merchant(s) or bank. How do I order deposit slips for the first time? It s simple. Just give us a call. All we need is a current deposit slip or a bank specification sheet with the MICR coding available at your merchant(s) or bank. You will then be able to print your school's deposit slips directly from your SchoolFunds software saving valuable time. What if I have changed banks since my last order? Please provide a copy of a starter check or a MICR specification sheet from the new bank. We will only need this information one time. You do not need to resubmit your school's logo or information. How do I add a free logo? You can add your school s custom logo at no additional cost. School logos are printed in grayscale and should be submitted via email. Remember the higher resolution logo you send, the clearer it will print on your check. We also have several standard stock logos if you do not have a specific logo for your school. If you have any questions on how to send your school s logo, please contact us. We are happy to help. The following file formats are accepted: jpeg, tiff, or gif. Color logos are available for an additional charge. Please call for pricing. How long does it take to get my checks, receipts and envelopes? Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of your products. We strive to complete every order as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS. Do you accept purchase orders? We gladly accept purchase orders. When placing your order, please specify your billing information and include the purchase order number on the check-out screen. If you need to reference a PO and it was not included on your order, please contact us. We are happy to reference the number on your school s invoice. When can I expect an invoice for my order? You will receive an invoice in the mail approximately 1-2 weeks after you receive your products. We want to make sure you have received your forms and are completely satisfied with them before we send you an invoice. If you would rather receive your invoice by fax or email please give us a call. Please email a black and white or grayscale logo in jpeg, gif, or tiff format to the email address provided on the order form. Your choice of one or two signature lines on the printed check. Your choice to have a title printed over the signature line(s) or to leave it blank. Note: Proofs provided on new orders only. Custom Options Chargeable Color logo printed on checks or receipts.
