ERP 5 1. C Group s Itinerary Day 1 (April 13 th 2012): Leave Algonquin College at 10 am drive to Buffalo NY. Arrive at location for 6:00pm estimated driving time of 7 hours and 15 minutes include bathroom and food stops. Check into hotel at 8:00 pm. End of day Day 2(April 14 th 2012): Leave buffalo hotel and get shuttle to Buffalo Airport. Fly from buffalo and arrive in Salt Lake City airport. Then get picked up from shuttle company and get dropped off at sand wash beach access.
ERP 6 Day 3 (April 15 th 2012): Prepare boats and Leave put in around At 9:00 and paddle for 5 hours and 20 min. to Lunch spot at mile 84.4. Leave lu8nch site and paddle another 3 hours and ten minutes to Campsite at mile 78. Day 4 (April 16 th 2012): Start the morning at 10:00 am paddle 8.2 miles to our lunch site at jack creek rapid a long scoutable rapid. Then paddle 3.8 miles to an abandon cabin for sightseeing ( moon shinning cabin) then paddle a short distance to fire water camp site for the 4 th night.
ERP 7 Day 5(April 17 th 2012): We will be leaving Our camp site at 9:00 am then begin paddling To our first scoutable rapid fretwater falls then Paddle another 2.8 miles to our lunch site at Steer ridge rapid. Then paddle 6.9 miles to our camp site for the evening around mile 49.7 of the trip. We should be getting to our campsite around 6:00 pm Day 6 (April 18 th 2012): starting our morning off At 10:00am we will be paddaling for 1.1 miles to Our first scoutable rapid of the day called Belknap falls. We will contiune to paddle to Joe Hutch creek rapid for lunch and also scout That will be around 7.1 miles then 1 mile to Joe Hutch canyon rapid to scout and finish the day off With a 3.2 mile paddle to our camp site, which We should be arivving at 6:00pm
ERP 8 Day 7 (April 19 th 2012): Starting the day Off at around 10:00am we will be paddling.2 miles to our first scoutable rapid named Wired fence rapid then continue.4 miles to Three fords rapid which we will also scout. We are going to paddle 7.7 miles to rabbit Valley rapid for lunch then continue on for another 3.6 miles to our camp site at Mile 25.3. Day 8 (April 20 th 2012): This is our final river day We will be paddling 3 miles from our previous Campsite to our first scoutable rapid called Rattlesnake rapid. Then paddle 6.3 miles to our Lunch site Butler rapid. We will be paddling after Lunch 1.7 miles to stone cabin rapid, which is worth Scouting and then finishing the trip off with a 2.1 Mile paddle to swasey s rapid and takeout. We Will be camping out here and waiting for our shuttle In the morning.
ERP 9 Day 9: (April 21 st 2012): Once we camp out our Last night at the take out we will be leaving to To salt lake city airport to our hotel and prepare to stay the night and drop off boats pay off all outstanding debts. Day 10: (April 22 nd 2012): once we fly into Buffalo we will picking up our cars at the hotel We stayed at previously to flying out. We will be driving back to Pembroke and be there for dinner.

If victim requires hospitalization due to injuries, all group members will follow victim to the hospital. 3. After reviewing and assessing the medical situation we will consider the interests of the injured victims and what we personally think is the responsible decision. 4. Decide weather to continue, return, or modify trip plan, etc 5. Call Jeff Jackson to inform him on the updated situation Vehicle Problems 1. If an accident or breakdown occurs call the local police department and/or activate the ERP. 2. Call Jeff Jackson to inform him of the change in the Trip plan 3. Call CAA for assistance 4. Stow gear at site and cab to an appropriate accommodations 3. If the put in has been destroyed by flash flood stay at different accommodations 4. If any situation arises that puts us in danger alert local authorities via 911

After reviewing and assessing the medical situation we will consider the medical professionals requests and decide weather or not to head back to Pembroke or continue with another trip in Utah. 5. Deal with Incident 3. Decide whether we need to move forward, stop, or modify our trip plan. 4. After reviewing and assessing the medical situation we will consider the medical professionals requests and decide weather or not to head back to Pembroke or continue with another trip in Utah. 5. Call Jeff Jackson to inform him on the updated situation River Problems 1. If a rapid is larger than expected or provides too great a risk to run we will look for a portage to walk around. 2. If an accident or breakdown occurs on the river on day two we will return to Sand Wash access at mile 96. 3. Deal with Incident 4. ERP 18 Day 9 (April, 21, 2012) Take Out problems 1. Ticketed for staying overnight, we can sort the ticket out back in Canada 2. Flash flood over night, move to higher ground down the road, contact shuttle service Shuttle problems 1. The shuttle is late, we wait for an hour then start up a line of communication 2. If shuttle doesn t show up. We stay with gear at take out and try to contact the shuttle service. If wait is over 5 hours call jeff and apprise him of the situation Equipment problems 1. If gear is not in appropriate condition we have a deposit left with the shuttle service. 2. Lost gear and equipment will be reported and paid for to the shuttle company Hotel problems 1. If we don t get a room try a different hotel and then update Jeff 2. If room cost more than they said, pay difference and split between group members
