Signavio Process Editor The Signavio Process Editor is a web-based platform for modeling and analyzing business processes. Thanks to its modern and user-friendly interface, the tool provides you with the ideal environment for working collaboratively on your processes. Overview These four components allow you to configure your Signavio Process Editor: Process Modeling Choose the appropriate edition for modeling users depending on which functions are required. Some editions include fewer functions. QuickModel QuickModel licenses enable users to create and edit BPMN process models using the innovative QuickModel function. This allows for decentralized process mapping. Collaboration Portal The Collaboration Portal allows you to easily share decision models and further information with all employees in your organization. Add-ons and APIs Other systems can be integrated using add-ons and APIs. SaaS vs. On-Premise The components listed above are all available both for software as a service (rental model hosted by Signavio) and as On-Premise (hosted by your IT). Besides the Signavio Process Editor, we also offer other products such as the Signavio Decision Manager or Signavio Workflow. These products may be used as standalone software or in combination with the Signavio Process Editor. For further details, please refer to the Feature Overviews of the other products. Process Modeling By default, all licenses are named user licenses. As an alternative, we offer a monthlyconcurrent license model. This models allows to license a number of usage slots, which can be assigned to different users on a monthly basis. Each user who requires reading and commenting access to published diagrams, needs a valid license for the collaboration portal (Named User). The number of licensed users is typically the total number of employees in the organization (or possibly, selected divisions). For all editions from the Corporate Edition upwards, the Collaboration Portal is mandatory.
