Regression Feedback Regression Feedback from 10/29, 11/2 and 11/9 deployments 18 items were deployed in these deployment windows Feedback received for the items listed below All other items moved to the closed tab Defect 11303 11640 11701 Trans Type Defect Description CLEC Issue Identified IT Comments Directory Listing Orders Error Message Directory Listing (REQTYP=JB or ACT=J) orders need to allow same day due dates. Invalid error: Cable and Channel pair are invalid for the given Address Location- CONT'D (related to Incident 11156). This item will address Cable and Channel pairs which were not loaded in inventory from Verizon. Loop Make Loop Make up Pre Order response Up returns an incorrect LST value. Some same day due dates are still getting rejected with invalid due date errors for some scenarios. This applies to orders as well as cancels to orders. Supplement was placed on a confirmed order and failed for cable/pair not valid even though the original order was confirmed. Since the deployment on 10/29, results with invalid addresses are being returned when the search is performed with a TN. Due Date Interval was updated in the system. IT team has discovered an issue with the calculation of the interval which is being tracked by 12361 and is planned for 12/10. This is a known issue that is currently being tracked under Incident # 11780 which has a planned deployment date of 11/19. Until this is resolved, please work with your SPOC to supplement the order manually. Incident 12300 was opened to resolve the address issues with Loop Quals using a WTN. This was deployed on 11/9. The address issue for 11701 was also resolved. No issues reported since 11/9 fix. Moving to closed tab. 3
11/19 Planned Deployments 29 Items are planned for the deployment on 11/19 Items are marked in the IT Action Items list with a Prod PFD of 11/19. Accessible letter will be sent on Thursday (11/19) with the final list of proposed deployments. Follow-up accessible letter will be sent on Friday (11/20) to confirm the deployments. 4

Please resubmit the order after some time" 11054 Clean up of UNE1, UNN1, and UCP1 FIDs on TNs where the line share circuits have been disconnected. 11508 FOC should be returned on ASR Cancel orders 11780 Update to correct an invalid error for Sup 2s applied to AB/N orders.
