Helpful Web Tips Entry Guidelines Enter new enrollments or changes no more than 30 days in the past or future from today s date. Addresses can only be US addresses. For foreign addresses please contact your Billing Representative. The only symbols that can be used in member names are the hyphen (-) and the apostrophe ( ). In addition to those two symbols, the pound sign (#) can be used in the address. Names are limited to 26 characters. This includes their first name, middle initial and last name as well as the spaces in between. Entries using postal address standards will improve ID card/eob delivery.
