Boehm, III is Senior Vice President of Retail Leasing for Forest City Commercial Group, an affiliate of the commercial real estate owner/developer, Forest City Enterprises. In this capacity, Mr. Boehm is responsible for overseeing the East and West Coast retail leasing department, which includes all operating properties and projects currently under development. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Boehm joined the Forest City family in 1997. Prior to that, he was a leasing representative for The Richard E. Jacobs Group. He held that position for eight years and was responsible for the leasing of approximately 15 regional malls throughout his tenure with them. Prior to joining The Jacobs Group Mr. Boehm spent four years with the public accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand as a tax specialist before embarking on his career in retail leasing. Mr. Boehm graduated from Miami of Ohio in 1984 with a BS in Accountancy. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 22 years.

Becky has 17 years of public accounting experience providing audit and accounting services to clients in both the public and private sectors and across several industries including real estate, private equity, energy, and manufacturing industries. She has worked extensively with public and private developers, owners and operators in the retail, office, self-storage and hospitality sectors. Becky also serves as a leader of Deloitte s real estate IFRS activities nationally. Prior to her current role, Becky spent three years as a partner at Deloitte s National Office in Wilton, Connecticut in the Accounting Consultation Group providing technical guidance and expertise to Deloitte s clients and service teams on complex accounting issues in the areas of consolidation, leases and real estate. Becky received a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Accounting from Bowling Green State University with magna cum laude honors. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). She also currently serves on the board of The Gathering Place and the American Heart Association for Cleveland Metro. Becky served as President of a local chapter of a national real estate organization, Commercial Real Estate Women Inc.(CREW) of Cleveland in 2004; Delegate to the national organization, CREW Network, in 2004-2005; and Trustee to Greater Cleveland Real Estate Organizations (GCREO) in 2004-2005. She was named a Women of Professional Excellence by the YWCA in 2004.
Linda M. Kane Linda M. Kane is senior vice president, chief accounting and administrative officer of Forest City Enterprises, Inc. She joined Forest City in 1990 as financial manager for Forest City's Residential Group, became asset manager for Forest City's Commercial Group in 1992 and was Forest City s corporate controller from 1995 to 2007. Prior to joining Forest City, Kane was a senior manager at Kopperman & Wolf CPAs, where she was responsible for audit, tax and consulting services for the firm's largest real estate client. She has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kane is a CPA and holds a bachelor s degree with an accounting major from Cleveland State University, from which she is a distinguished alumna. She is a member of the Visiting Committee of the Nance School of Business Administration at Cleveland State and served as Co-Chair of the Best Financial Practices Council of NAREIT. A member of the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2012, Kane has served as treasurer of the Great Lakes Theater Festival and is currently a trustee of St. Joseph Academy, a private girls' high school in Cleveland of which Kane is a distinguished alumna. She was a trustee of the YWCA of Greater Cleveland, from whom she received the Women of Achievement Award, and she is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
LINDA A. STRIEFSKY is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Thompson Hine LLP in the Cleveland office. Ms. Striefsky's practice focuses on real estate and commercial law, including finance; real estate purchases, leasing and development; governmental incentives; and corporate facilities and advice, including portfolio transactions and outsourcing. Ms. Striefsky is a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Commercial and Retail Development Council. She also is a former chair of the Cleveland District Council, Urban Land Institute and serves currently on its Chairs, Governance and Programs Committees. Ms. Striefsky is President of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the premier U.S. professional organization for real estate lawyers. She also has served as Chair of the Securitization and Special Financing Techniques Committee of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the American Bar Association. Ms. Striefsky is a member of the Anglo American Real Property Institute, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and Cleveland Real Estate Women (the Cleveland Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women). She frequently is a speaker at real estate law and trade association events. She received her B.A. from Marywood College in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1974 and her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law School in 1977. Christa A. Vesy was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer of Developers Diversified in November 2006. In this role Ms. Vesy oversees the property and corporate accounting and financial reporting functions for Developers Diversified. Prior to joining Developers Diversified, Ms. Vesy worked for The Lubrizol Corporation, where she served as manager of external financial reporting and then as controller for the lubricant additives business segment. Prior to joining Lubrizol, from 1993 to September 2004, Ms. Vesy held various positions with the Assurance and Business Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, a registered public accounting firm, including Senior Manager from 1999 to September 2004. Ms. Vesy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Ms. Vesy is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland.
