The following changes/corrections were made to the Catalog. Changes to page 9: Removal of credential B.S., La Universidad de Los Andes from Jorge Reinoza. And removal of credential B.S., National University of Iran from George Sharghi. Removal of Georg Schlueter from faculty. Changes to pages 16-18 regarding English level proficiency test scores, the University reserves the right to allow other methods of demonstrating proficiency including a phone or internet interviews, demonstration of schooling in English, etc. Changes to page 20 under section Transfer Credits/Non-Academic Credits, add the following statement to the end of the paragraph at starts with The maximum credits CIBU will accept : For the doctoral program, please see page 44 for transfer credit information.
