EDUCATION AND TRAINING OUR WORKING VISION «The latin verb "adolescere" comes from a linguistic root which means "to accomplish something" and the past participle form of this latin verb becomes "adultus". So, in order to become adults we must well "adolescere". Since we are adults, we should then mantain that for which adolescence is made".» One of the necessary requirements young people training is creating or optimizing a cultural ground on which implanting vital educational skills and personal training related to the needs of a global culture, in order to avoid areas of weakness professional or personal. D Avenia, La Stampa, 14 May 2012) Education is a responsibility of the State, the family and the school, and that means giving young people the encouragement to mix with other individuals within a social context, but it also means providing young people a wealth of knowledge and basic skills to grow up and be able to face the world of work in a responsible, professional way that is appropriate to the times. Training is a duty of the state, the family and the educationaltraining centers, it means helping young people to understand and make room for their abilities, their talents and their own personal resources. Goals which European Career Evolution arises to pursue are the following: Finalizing and optimizing beneficiaries' linguistic, cultural and professional preparation, so that they can get in touch with a significant European reality. Contributing to beneficiaries' personality formation through concrete life experiences. Encouraging the encounter between different cultures in the interests of tolerance, understanding, acceptance and peaceful coexistence. LANGUAGE AND TRAINING Our internship projects organized in Ireland are trained only for groups of selected individuals. Language Course The language course is taught by qualified native teachers and it aims to develop / improve English language skills, facilitating beneficiary's communication skills in social and work environments. Regular meetings on career guidance and development They are provided in order to support the beneficiaries who want to professionalize their profile (such as a CV, personal branding, job interview process) and their attitude in the workplace (professional behavior). Regular meetings on career guidance and development also enrich candidate competence for future entry / international use. Company visits (only Educa -Project) They are made in areas relating to beneficiaries course of study.aim is to enhance the interests, capabilities or skills, as well as outline a concrete reality of the production and / or work in general. Internship in a company It is a period of direct experience in the world of work and it is intended to help the candidate to start / define / optimize his professional project. Each group will consist of 15 beneficiaries maximum: Just in case the sending organization will have a limited number of beneficiaries which is insufficient to reach the quota provided by the program, European Career Evolution can supplement this group with other applicants from institutions of the same country of origins or from other European countries in order to obtain the maximum quota request. If the sending organization will have a number of beneficiaries in excess of the quota of 15 planned in our programs, European Career Evolution can organize the beneficiaries into groups of 15 people and integrate the younger group with other applicants from institutions in the same country of origins or from other countries Europe in order to reach the maximum quota request. 8 9
