Be part of it. In order to be able to provide retail advice, the minimum qualification required is the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. However, at Old Mill we expect our people to exceed this minimum qualifi cation. As a fi rm with Corporate Chartered Status, we require our key individuals to obtain Chartered Financial Planner Status in their own right. The Professional Development Programme is a five year scheme designed to produce chartered professionals who are equipped with the skills and abilities to undertake a financial planning career in any of the following roles: - Financial Planner Client Manager Compliance Manager Technical Manager
During your time on the Development Programme, will undertake a number of professional qualifications alongside your work related development. Certificate in Financial Services (CertCII FS) Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (APFS) Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Structured training, study material and study leave will be provided to help develop the skills and understanding required to achieve these qualifi cations.
