Cart Rules Speaking of cart rules and shipping Cart Rules allow you to create multiple rules based on number of items, types of items, etc For example: IF Retail Department and Shirts Category and less than 5 shirts, shipping charge is $7 IF Retail Department and Shirts Category and more than 5 shirts, shipping charge is $2 IF Jewelry Box (regardless of what Department or Category), shipping charge $9.50 Cart rules can also be used for any type of item, including tickets to charge a transaction fee Siriusware R&D is currently researching enhanced shipping options Currently in the road map for esales
Demonstration Passes Buying Payment Plans You can select to break out your total pass amount and make even payments each month Starts when you purchase and ends at the season end date Liability Forms Each pass can have one or multiple forms that have to be agreed to Each signed form can be seen in SysManager when you lookup the Guest 2
Demonstration Memberships Buying: Same as buying a Pass in Ski Free Items & Member Only Items Can be items that are always shown and/or that are hidden until they log in Item discounts Can be specific member items and/or items available to the public New Stuff! Member discounts will now work when a new memberships is added to the cart 3
Demonstration Renewals 4 Options available The goal is to keep the same guest record no duplicates!. Renew to a different pass/membership 203 Pass to a 204 Pass New Pass Number 2. Renew to the same pass/membership item Update pass with new valid dates New Pass Number 3. Renew by extending the expiration date of the current pass/membership Add 365 Days to their current pass/membership Same Pass Number 4. Renew to a list of pass/membership items that the customer chooses Ability to upgrade from current pass to a higher level that you choose New Pass Number 4
