Stationery & POS Online Ordering Step-By-Step Guide Log on to Choice Online www.choiceonline.carpetchoice.com.au 1. Enter Store Username & Password (please check with Central Office if you require your store logon details) 2. Click on Login button 3. Choice Online Home Page will appear. Click on Stationery/POS heading on the left hand side and then click on Online Ordering on the Choice Online Menu bar. 1
Stationery and POS (Point of Sale) Menu Home Page will appear. To order Stationery, click on Stationery. For POS, click on POS Items: POINT OF SALE (POS) ONLINE ORDERING To order POS Items, click on Carpet Choice heading: Carpet Choice POS Items will appear: 2
Select the item/s you would like to order by clicking on the heading. The POS heading will then include sub headings (if applicable) containing each POS item under the heading, For example: Carpet Choice In-Store Brochures: Please note: you will need to drag the grey bar up and down to find the POS item you would like to order once a number of menu item headings have been opened. 3
Select the item you would like to order, ie Triple Guarantee Brochure by clicking the sub heading Triple Guarantee. The Triple Guarantee Brochure front cover will appear. To order the brochure, place the quantity required in the Order Quantity box. The number needs to be between the Minimum and Maximum quantities indicated. Click on the ORDER box once you are happy with the quantities ordered. 4
A Current Order confirmation will appear, reflecting your order. At this stage you can order more items by simply choosing an item on the POS item Menu Bar again. When you do this the order is added onto your initial order. Once you have selected the POS items your store requires, simply click on the Submit Order button to place the order. If you have Special Instructions, such as delivery address or attention to a staff member, please indicate in the Special Instructions section prior to submitting the order. You can delete a POS item at any time by simply clicking on the Delete button beside the item. Once you have submitted the order you will then receive a Reference Number on the screen along with a confirmation email to your store s email address. To go back to the Main Menu click on the here button. 5
STATIONERY ONLINE ORDERING Click on the Stationery heading in the Main Menu: Stationery Items pertaining to your individual store can be accessed via a filter system. This part of the On-line system may take longer for those stores not yet on Broadband. Select the stationery item you require by adjusting the Standard Template and My Template filters these change the stationery items from Business Cards, to Letterhead etc. All store details need to be checked at this point and remember to use the arrows on the right hand side to view telephone, fax, email and mobile numbers! Also select the Quantity required. 6
Click on Show Me on the left hand side of the page to see the stationery item ordered. Click on Full View to see an enlargement of the artwork (to go back to the original page, simply close the Full View page down by clicking on the red box). To order the stationery item, Click on Add to Order which will confirm the type of stationery item and price. 7
When you click on Add to Order, the stationery item will appear in the bottom half of the screen. At this point you can order more items by simply choosing from the selection in the top half of the screen and keep adding to the order. 8
When you have made your selection of stationery items, click on Submit Order. 9
An Order Receipt will appear for the items ordered: Continue will take you back to the Stationery ordering page if you choose to order more stationery items. You will be invoiced for the Stationery items ordered, and this will be included in your weekly listing.
