About Work Connect and Secure Work Space for ios The app is included in Secure Work Space for ios. Work Connect gives you access to your work email, contacts, calendar, tasks, and notes in one application. Work Connect is protected by your work space password, which you must enter each time you open the app. You can use Work Connect for the following tasks and more: Read, respond to, and compose email Download attachments Edit attachments with Documents To Go Set out-of-office replies View your agenda Create calendar events Respond to meeting invitations Find work contacts, and add new contacts View and add tasks and notes Email and attachments With Work Connect, you can send and receive work email messages, flag and file email messages, and set out-of-office replies. You can attach files to email messages that you send, and download, view, and edit attachments that you receive. Set up your work email account The first time that you use Work Connect, you might need to set up your work email account. 1. On the home screen, tap Work Connect. 2. Tap Next. 3. If prompted, choose the type of email account that you're setting up. For example, if your work account uses Microsoft Exchange, tap Exchange. 4. Enter your work email address, username, and work account password. 5. Tap Next. 4

After you set up your work email account, your work email messages, calendar events, contacts, tasks, and notes are synced with Work Connect. Compose an email 1. In Work Connect, tap Email or tap > Email. 2. Tap. 3. In the To field, enter an email address or a contact name. 4. Enter a subject and your message. 5. To attach a file, do the following: a. At the top of the screen, tap More. b. Tap Photo/Video, or Saved Attachments. c. Tap a file. 6. Tap Send. Reply to or forward an email 1. In Work Connect, tap Email or tap > Email. 2. Tap an email. To reply to the sender of an email, tap. To forward an email, tap. To reply to all of the recipients, tap. Attach a file to an email You can attach files from your personal space and your work space. 1. While composing an email, at the top of the screen, tap More. 2. Tap Photo/Video or Saved Attachments. 3. Tap a file. Download and open an email attachment 1. In an email, tap an attachment. 2. After the attachment downloads, tap it again. 5

To save the attachment, tap Save Attachment. Choose a location to save the file. To open the attachment, tap View Attachment. Edit an attachment You can edit Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint files using Documents To Go. 1. From an email, tap an attachment. 2. Tap View Attachment > Open In > Open in DocsToGo. 3. Tap anywhere in the file. 4. Tap the Edit icon. To save your file, tap the Menu icon > or. To attach the file to an email, tap the Menu icon > Open In > Open in Work Connect. Add a folder for attachments that you download 1. In Work Connect, tap Files or tap > Files. 2. Tap the Add folder icon. 3. Type a name for the folder. 4. Tap Save. Set an out-of-office reply 1. In Work Connect, tap Settings or tap > Settings. 2. Tap Calendar > Set Out of Office. 3. Turn on the Auto-reply switch. 4. In the text field, type your message. 5. Tap Save. Tip: To set a date range for when your message is sent, turn on the I am out of office between switch. Set the start date and end date. Managing email With Work Connect you can flag email messages, file email messages, or mark email messages as high priority. 6

Flag an email 1. In Work Connect, tap Email or tap > Email. 2. Tap an email. 3. At the top of the screen, tap. Mark an email as unread A green bar appears on the left side of an unread email in the Inbox. 1. In Work Connect, tap Email or tap > Email. 2. Tap an email. 3. Tap. File an email 1. In Work Connect, tap Email or tap > Email. 2. Tap an email. 3. Tap. 4. Tap a folder. To see your filed email, in the message list, at the top of the screen, tap Inbox. Tap a folder. Manage multiple email messages You can flag, file, and delete multiple email messages, and mark multiple email messages as read or unread. 1. In Work Connect, tap Email or tap > Email. 2. Tap Edit. 3. Tap the circles beside the email messages that you want to change. To flag the messages, tap Mark > Add Flag. To file the messages, tap Move. Tap a folder. To delete the messages, tap Delete. To mark the messages as read or unread, tap Mark > Mark Read or Mark Unread. 4. Tap Done. 7

Contacts With the Contacts feature in Work Connect, your work contacts are at your fingertips. When you use Work Connect to add contacts, those contacts are automatically synced with the desktop email application that you use at work. 8 Add a contact 1. In Work Connect, tap Contacts or tap > Contacts. 2. Tap. 3. Type the information for the contact. 4. Tap Done. Edit contact information 1. In Work Connect, tap Contacts or tap > Contacts. 2. Tap a contact. 3. Tap Edit. 4. Make your changes. 5. Tap Done. Send an email to a contact 1. In Work Connect, tap Contacts or tap > Contacts. 2. Tap a contact. 3. Beside the email address, tap email. Set up a custom audio notification for a contact You can assign a unique sound to a contact. The sound plays when you get an email from the contact. 1. In Work Connect, tap Contacts or tap > Contacts. 2. Tap a contact. 3. Tap Add to VIPs. 4. Tap Play Sound and choose a unique sound for your contact.

5. Tap. 6. Do any of the following: To play a sound when you get an email directly from your contact, turn on the If "From"... switch. To play a sound when your contact appears in the Cc field, turn on the If "Cc"... switch. To play a sound when your contact appears in the To field, turn on the If "To"... switch. 7. Tap Save. Calendar With the Calendar feature in Work Connect, you can create and stay informed of meetings and events. When you use Work Connect to add calendar events, those events are automatically synced with the desktop email application that you use at work. Add a calendar event 1. In Work Connect, tap Calendar or tap > Calendar. 2. Tap. To set the start time and end time, tap the start or end time. Tap Start or End. Select a time. Tap Done. To set an all-day event, tap All Day Event. Turn on the All Day Event switch. Tap Done. To invite participants, tap Add Invitee. In the To field, start typing a contact name. In the list, tap a contact name. When you finish adding participants, tap Save. To make a recurring event, tap Repeat. Tap an option. Tap Save. To set a reminder time, tap Alert. Tap an option. Tap Save. To change the availability status in your calendar to free, tentative, busy, or out of office, tap Availability. Tap an option. Tap Save. 3. Tap Done. Find the best time for a meeting When you want to schedule an event with participants who have busy schedules, you can use the Schedule Assistant to find the best time for your meeting. The Schedule Assistant checks all of the participants' schedules and finds an ideal time for your meeting. 1. In Work Connect, tap Calendar or tap > Calendar. 2. Tap 3. Tap Help me schedule. 9

To add participants, tap the Invitees tab. Tap Add invitee, and start typing a contact name. In the list, tap a contact name. When you finish adding participants, tap Save. To set the length of the meeting, tap the Duration tab. Tap an option. To set a deadline for when the meeting must occur by, tap the Deadline tab. Tap an option. 4. Tap Check Availability. 5. Tap an available time. 6. Tap Done. 7. Fill in the other details for the event. Tap Done. Edit an event You can reschedule a meeting, change reminder times, set the meeting to recur, change the availability status, or invite other participants. 1. In Work Connect, tap Calendar or tap > Calendar. 2. Tap an event > Edit. 3. When you finish making your changes, tap Done. Respond to a meeting invitation Meeting invitations appear in your message list. 1. In the message list, tap the invitation. 2. Tap a response (for example, Accept, Decline, or Tentative). 3. Tap Send. Cancel a meeting You can cancel a meeting if you created the meeting invitation. 1. In Work Connect, tap Calendar or tap > Calendar. 2. Tap the meeting. 3. Tap Edit. 4. At the bottom of the screen, tap Delete. A notification is sent to the meeting participants. 10

Tasks With the Tasks feature in Work Connect, you can add and delete tasks, set reminders for tasks, and check off tasks when they're completed. Tasks are automatically synced with your desktop email application. Add a task 1. In Work Connect, tap Tasks or tap > Tasks. 2. Tap. 3. Type a description for the task. 4. Tap Done. Tip: When you complete a task, select the checkbox beside the task so that the task disappears from the main task list. Set a reminder and the priority for a task 1. In Work Connect, tap Tasks or tap > Tasks. 2. Tap a task. To set a reminder, turn on the Remind Me On a Day switch. Set a date and time. To set the priority, tap Priority. Tap Low Priority, Normal Priority, or High Priority. Tap Done. 3. Tap Save. Tip: Task reminders can be recurring. To set a recurring reminder, after you set a reminder date, tap Repeat. Tap an option. Tap Done. Notes With the Notes feature in Work Connect, you can jot down ideas and information that you want to keep handy. Work Connect automatically syncs your notes with your desktop email application. Add or edit a note 1. In Work Connect, tap Notes or tap > Notes. 11

To add a note, tap. In the text field, type a title for your note. In the blank section of the screen, type any additional info. To edit a note, tap a note. Make your changes. 2. Tap Done. 12
