It helps students understand the performance management cycle and apply concepts to improve both individual & organizational performance. Describe how performance management can contribute to organizational effectiveness; 2. Explain how performance management system is developed and implemented effectively; 3. Apply performance management techniques and tools to plan and facilitate performance; 4. Apply performance management methods and skills to evaluate and improve performance; and 5. Lectures focus on elaboration and illustration of knowledge and techniques of Performance Management. b. Tutorials provide students with the opportunity to apply the concepts and knowledge covered in the syllabus. Activities include student presentations and discussion on cases relating to course topics. c. Group project allows students apply the knowledge covered in the syllabus in real case study. 3
