Affordability Your education benefits make a top-ranked private university affordable. Syracuse University participates in all veterans education programs and is a Yellow Ribbon school. With Yellow Ribbon, Post 9/11 GI Bill students can receive additional funding so that 100 percent of your required tuition and fees will be covered. Most 100% Yellow Ribbon eligible veterans are able to complete their education at SU without any out-of-pocket costs for tuition or fees.
