How it all started History In October 2009, Danny Goergen founded Holland Aviation Consultancy & Engineering (HACE). As an experienced Aircraft Mechanic and graduated Bachelor in Aviation Engineering, he was at that time still employed as a Quality Assurance Manager for an EASA/FAA/TCCA and CAAC part 145 approved aircraft component maintenance organization. While working for this organization as a Quality Assurance Manager and qualified Human Factors trainer, he developed the ambition to consult, support and provide training not only for his employer, but also to offer these services to other organizations in the Aviation Industry. Throughout the years, Holland Aviation Consultancy & Engineering developed into a modern and innovative organization, where expertise, ambition, fun and passion for aviation are the key ingredients of our success. HACE provides training, support and consultancy services to international customers in the General and Commercial Aviation Industry. We strive to perform with excellent quality and to exceed customer expectation. Get to know us and find out what we can offer your organization
What we can offer your organization Our areas of expertise Holland Aviation Consultancy & Engineering (HACE) is an organization active in the national and international Aviation Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry. We provide a wide range of Training, Support and Consultancy services to MRO organizations. All services and products we offer, directly or indirectly relate to aviation maintenance activities. Several additional non-aviation maintenance related services we also offer, are realized by working together with subject matter experts. With these experts, HACE has set-up partnerships for subjects that are not part of our daily scope of work. On our website www.hace-online.nl, you will find an overview of the partners we work together with

Training Solutions Training Training provides knowledge, and competences as a result of the teaching theoretical facts or practical skills related to specific subjects or activities. We have in-house expertise and qualified trainers that are able to provide a wide range of training courses to our clients in the MRO Industry. Training is one of our specialties and besides Conventional Classroom Training in Aviation Maintenance Regulations, Human Factors and Communication, we also offer on-site Human Factors Workshops and online Computer Based Training (CBT) by means of our Advanced E-training concept
Conventional Training Classroom Training Classroom training is one of the most effective ways of obtaining knowledge. Our trainers are skilled and qualified to perform each classroom training course to a high level of quality. During our conventional classroom training courses, both trainer and students will be interacting and having discussions with each other on topics related to the training subject. Company related information and details will be included in our training courses, so the students can easily relate to the training subject. We combine conventional classroom training courses with e- examinations which are provided at the end of each course. With these e-examinations, the level of obtained knowledge and skills can be measures. All students will reverie a Certificate of Course Completion after successful completion of each classroom training course. Feedback from students on the course contents, training skills of the trainer and the way the training was conducted, is one of the tools we use to continuously improve our classroom training courses. We are able to facilitate conventional classroom training courses at your facility or in one of our selected training locations
Feedback of one of our satisfied clients using HACE E-learning solutions: I am very satisfied with the level of the continuation training shown in HACE's E- training course. It was well constructed and touched upon all necessary points. I highly recommend it! From Mark A. Pinneo The new way of learning Advanced E-Training Training is an expensive affair. The courses themselves tend to have a steep price and having people travel to the course location incurs additional expenses. Temporary absence from the workplace must also be accounted for. We therefore introduced in December 2010 a new way of learning, called Advanced E-training. You would probably be able to guess what kind of training services this new concept provides to our clients, but there is more to this new training solution than you would expect. Our Advanced E-training concept contains out of two training elements; Phase 1: E-learning courses and Phase 2: Virtual Classroom Training. Both elements are Computer Based Training (CBT) courses, so students are able to train themselves behind a computer Phase 1: E-learning Course subjects that allow effective training through e-learning are being provided by us through our Advanced E-training webshop (www.hace-online.nl/webshop). In our webshop, you can easily purchase an individual User ID log-in code for the training course of your choice. Payments can be realized online by using IDEAL, GiroPay, MisterCash, or one of the Credit Card payment options Phase 2: Virtual Classroom Training One major disadvantage of e-learning, is the lack of real-time interaction between trainer and student. By the end of 2012, we will introduce phase 2 of our Advanced E-training concept; Virtual Classroom Training. Conventional classroom training courses will gradually be replaced by online training sessions in a virtual classroom. Students will join a real time interactive training session and finalize the course with an e-examination
