The Bank recommend you to consider the Product Disclosure Statement and Terms and Conditions together with this Schedule before making any decisions regarding any of the accounts and/or services provided by the Bank. This Schedule enables you to identify which fees may apply to you. The Bank will notify you the following event: Type of Change Method of Notification Time Frame Changes of fees and charges website or media advertisement or No later than the day the change by written notice takes effect Introduction of a fee or charge In writing or email At least 30 days before the change takes effect Government taxes may be imposed by legislation on certain accounts and types. The Bank may pass on such taxes arising in connection with the accounts and the services. When currency conversion is required, the spot exchange rate set by the Bank at the time of conversion applies. Section 2: Fees and Charges 1. Transaction, Savings and Investment Accounts 1.1 Chinese Currency (CNY) Transaction Account Eligible Customer: Individual Customer Monthly account keeping fee CNY60.00 month Account closure within 6 months of the opening date Commission of deposits or withdrawals of CNY* CNY100.00 account 2% of the total CNY amount Foreign currency conversion Branch withdrawals and deposits charge (Other charges may apply.) This fee will be waived if your Monthly Average Balance is equal or above a minimum balance of CNY10,000.00. Cash withdrawal is subject to note available. This fee is waived if the amount subject to currency conversion is equal or above CNY1,000.00. Company search fee Branch withdrawals and deposits charge (Other charges may apply.) search The fee is applicable to Non-individual Customers only. The fee will be charged when: initially opens this account; or requests the Bank to change their business or other company details. Individual Customer may access the account by using a passbook or by presenting their personal ID together with a periodic statement at one of the Bank s branches in NSW and VIC or via the Bank s internet banking; and the account dominated in AUD may also be accessed by a debit card via ATM and EFTPOS within Australia. Non-individual Customer may access the account by presenting their personal ID together with a periodic statement at one of the Bank s branches in NSW and VIC or via the Bank s internet banking. See Debit Card and Internet Banking Services below for further details of fees and charges in relation to debit card and internet banking. * For Individual Customers, Minimum Balance is AUD1,000; USD500; HKD5,000; For Non-individual Customers, Minimum Balance is AUD2,000; USD2,000; HKD10,000. However, if the number of withdrawals exceeds the Withdrawal Limit, every withdrawal in that quarter will be charged a fee.
