Requesting PWC Enablers USPACOM Training & Exercise Conference is preferred venue for identifying out-year requirements Competing priorities? -- USPACOM J7 Director determines how to allocate available PWC resources PWC s annual operating budget does not include these costs (requesting organization must fund): Travel by PWC staff to support events Part-time contractor subject matter experts (labor and travel) required to support events 10
