Futurity First Agent Compensation & Recognition Futurity Agents Receive More compensation for life, health and annuities through high first-year commissions, renewals and higher bonus (APB) rates. Highly competitive base commission rates, ranging from 55% to 70% of base first-year street commissions. Annualized commissions available on many carriers and products. Aggregated Agent Production Bonus (APB) Sales from all companies are aggregated to qualify for production bonuses. The APB has a quarterly retroactive feature that can pay a bonus based on achieving the higher bonus rate breakpoint level. Expense Reimbursement Account Plan Reimburses certain deductible business expenses incurred in connection with the sale of insurance products and services.
