Develop or modify fully online or hybrid courses using the new Malone Center guidelines and Blackboard template. 2. 100% of who teach online or hybrid courses will receive training related to the new Malone Center guidelines, Blackboard template, and tips for teaching online/hybrid courses. 3. Re-implement the 4 year computer replacement cycle. 1. Develop a marketing strategy for recruiting more unrepresented populations in our degree programs. 2. Market our three new alternative programs in Special Education and enroll10 students. 1. Attend marketing workshops at ACA and ACES and consult with other Counselor Educators at those conferences to get ideas for marketing. 2. Identify non-profit agencies willing to sponsor practicum and internship students; hire a graduate assistant to research non-profit agencies in our catchment area; provide supervision training for potential supervisors in identified non-profit agencies. 3. COE Unit Goals, Objectives Goal: COLLABORATION Collaborate with public schools and other community agencies to positively impact P-12 student learning and client development. 1. Utilize videoconferencing technology in collaborative efforts with the Alabama School for the Deaf to offer at least two distance learning courses. 2. 100% of will collaborate in public schools or in the world of practice. 1.
