Customization Feedback Course structure All our programs are run on an in-house basis and we conduct interviews and facilitate focus groups to gather information with which to write bespoke exercises and case studies that precisely reflect the culture and work environment of the participants. The basis of the feedback is peer review based upon assessment using a ExteemConcept assessment checklist. Completing the assessment checklists is not only valuable to the people involved in a given case study, it also helps those completing them to gain an in-depth understanding of the building blocks that make up an excellent negotiation meeting. There is an option of following the workshop with a three month long Action Learning project to link the lessons from the training back into the workplace. If this option is selected there is a closure workshop at the end of the project phase where delegates present how they have applied the techniques learned on the course into their daily work routines. A standard course will include exactly the content shown in the outline. A tailored course can be customized, for example to include your own case studies or terminology. A bespoke course is re-written from scratch to match your organization's needs exactly. We also encourage individuals to register on our training courses. They can register by sending us some information about the institution, position, region and the topics they are interested in, so after getting at least 12 applications from one region and from the same level (central gov. / LG), we calculate the costs per one person and send them information about possible training dates and budget. In order to register, use our registration form.
