The hot water module with stainless steel storage tank, the heat pump module with reversible air to air and air to water heatpump for heating and cooling, the ventilation and energy recovery module with energy saving fans and a rotary heat exchanger with recovery of humidity in winter and dehumidification in summer. Ventilation will be done as usual by two fans. Heating or cooling of the rooms will be provided through the supply or recirculation air ducts. Electrical PTC elements in the supply air elements allow independent control of individual rooms, and if necessary, balance extreme outdoor temperatures.
